I WAITED OVER 2 HOURS TO BE SEEN. Made an appt to get a consult and see what my options would be to replace one of my front bottom teeth. Making an appt was easy. Came in and waited over an hour to be seen. The receptionist was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. She asked if I had dental care within 6 months I said that I did with NVIH (they have the pregnancy dental van ONLY for pregnant women and children) she kept asking why I was switching and told me medi-Cal isn't going to pay for anything like a partial denture. Like honestly just let me see the dentist so I can see what all my options are. It took them over 30 minutes to check me in because they kept forgetting questions to ask me. I had handed my id and insurance card to the first receptionist and she handed it right back. 30 minutes later the ask for the cards again and said "okay your checked in this time". They need all new staff up front with a better attitude and a brain. The only reason I gave it a two was because after I finally got in to get my Xray the technician was very kind and got my x-rays done pretty quickly. I ended up rescheduling for the actual appt though because there were three other people in front of me waiting for a ROOM. anyways Western Dental STOP SCHEDULING SO MANY PEOPLE IF YOU CANT SEE THEM AT THAT TIME.

Highly recommend!!!! I have LOTS of anixety when it comes to the dentist. After my first visit I don’t feel so anxious about returning, thanks to James!! He was amazing from the minute I sat in X-ray chair till the time I booked my return appt. James walked me through everything. Explained in great detail what he was doing and at time of consult James helped explain everything the dentist was going to do in future to me clearly. He made sure I was feeling ok throughout the time of my visit. James sort of knew everything when it came to that office. I was very impressed. He went out of his way to help me find another dentist who accepted my insurance for another procedure needed. I definitely will be returning a lot less anxious thanks to James!
