Santana took my X-rays, and although the procedure is uncomfortable by default, she did everything in her power to make it positive and pain free as possible.
James was also very helpful when discussing procedures and paperwork. He went above and beyond to get me scheduled

I had a tooth extraction and it went overall well. Chantel and Dr.Aleta were attentive and very active in making sure I was okay and comfortable. Being cared for when you are nervous makes a difference when getting your teeth removed. I felt in good hands

Santana was so great with my X-rays! Very personable and friendly! I also had my deep cleaning that went great. Minimal pain and they were very accommodating and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Im one of those who do not do well with the dentist. My anxiety overrules when it comes to stuff like this. I've been told shut up and quit crying, amongst other horrible comments. But James made my experience fantastic! For the first time in a LONG time I wasn't nervous. My anxiety wasn't nearly as bad . He made my experience very comfortable and was super nice the entire visit !! Definitely deserved more than 5 stars for his kindness

Dr.Zada is the most compassionate dentist I've ever met. His chair side manner is beyond amazing. He also took care of a problem tooth in no less than 60 seconds & I didn't feel a thing. He also worked me in although he was fully booked, and gave me his full attention. You won't find another dentist with his skill and compassion.Western Dental on Cohasset has the highest recommendation I can possibly give. James & Maxi are great too!! .

I was in office for over an hour and a half and ultimately accomplished nothing in my visit other than scheduling for a later date. The front desk staff seemed inconvenienced by my questions; the dentist was looking at months-old information, cutting me off when I tried to speak, and speaking to me as if I knew nothing about my own hygiene. The dental assistant was the only one who apologized for the ultimate waste of my time and assisted me in any way.
