Excellent service for my messed up teeth. Dr. Zada did very well in explaining the problems and how to fix them. And was gentle with the deep cleaning. Mayra and Kelly did a great Job on getting me the financing I needed to get my smile back. Thank you Western Dental!!!!!!

James was phenomenal. He made everything super easy and fast. He also went above and beyond. Everyone here worked so hard. I didn't catch everyone's names. But I appreciate their hard work

Santana did an amazing job with my x-rays! The process was quick and efficient. She was so pleasant and very knowledgeable of how to take care of my teeth.

Had an appointment at 2:00PM and I did not get out of their office until 5:13PM. I was waiting for over an hour before they even called me back and still were not able to get me to a room to see the doctor until a room was cleaned. Mind you, it's not as if there were a large amount of people waiting. The doctor and assistants made me feel badly about the appearance of my teeth and recommended multiple services that I did not need, all of which were not covered under my insurance. I was pressured to change my mind in regard to these recommended, uncovered services even after declining multiple times. If I had another option for dental care in the Chico area, I would gladly go anywhere else.
All of this even after originally scheduling an appointment at their Mangrove location only to be called by that office the day before my initial appointment to be told that they cancelled the appointment because that location was closing. I then was forced to wait 6 weeks before the Cohasset location was able to get me in.
It seems fishy that none of the services that the doctor was recommending were covered and all would have come to thousands out of pocket.

Santana the xray tech was great and had a positive attitude. The rest of the office seemed understaffed. I waited an hr and half after my appointment time to be seen. I did my paper work online but there was no record of it so I had to redo it.

Hands down the WORST dentist I have ever been to. They took 2.5 hours to give me X-rays when I requested a cleaning. The front office ladies are extremely rude. There was no way I was going back there so after finding a new dentist I had to go in and request my records to be sent over (don’t know why this can’t be done online) and they said they would send them that day. At this point I have so little faith in this company I decide to call and check to make sure they sent them on my way to the next dentist and they confirmed they were sent. I get to the next dentist and the records are nowhere to be found. They never even sent them, then lied about it. I finally got them to send the records over but at this point it’s been too long and I have to pay my dentist visit and didn’t get anything done. Western dental is THE WORST

Santana is wonderful, incredibly sweet and informative. she made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire time i was with her and eased my anxiety! thank you so much Santana, you’re an angel!!

Dr. Zara cared I was in extreme pain and got me in to get tooth pulled within 2 hours. I’ve waited at this office for hours before. Never this fast and caring. Hygentist Maria was also very professional, caring and professional. Changed my bad opinion about Western Dental. THANK YOU

Santana is such a wonderful, patient , kind, and considerate associate! She makes you feel comfortable and does not judge no matter how bad your teeth are. She is literally a ball of sunshine and makes you feel right at home! Definitely feels like you're with a friend!
