Myra, Dr. Zara and Santana are very caring :) ! This is my first time visiting the clinic after the pandemic and it felt nice to be cared for and to be explained about what was going on during my dental screenings :). Also the manager seems very caring as well! Shows that he is aiming to increase patient support

The wait was a bit long , and I thought cleaning and everything would be all at the same day but they had me reschedule to come back for my cleaning.. the x ray nurse was good, she was kind and patient her name started with S she told me her name but I forgot..she seemed to be African American

I heard about this place from word of mouth. I didn't know much about it, but the girl Santana made me sooo comfortable and took away all my bad memories i have of going to the dentist. She literally did what my husband and therapist could not. Calm my fears about the dentist. I have had so many bad experiences at the dentist offices in the past. Neglect and the mistreatment was terrible. From not doing the work properly to ignoring concerns i have about gum abscess. So needless to say. I hate the dentist. But the young lady helped me through it and now i am not afraid to return. As long as she's there! She is angel!

I had an excellent experience at this western dental with Santanna. I have a small mouth and she made the exray process easy and comfortable. She was also easy to talk to and made the whole dentist experience better.

Be prepared to wait multiple hours for literally anything. Waited in the chair for 1.5 hours just for the dentist to come in and tell me that we can go ahead and schedule a cleaning. Now here for the cleaning a couple weeks later and I’ve been waiting an hour for them to come back and just put fluoride on my teeth. Amount of time they’ve spent with me: 10 minutes. Amount of time here: 2 hours. Absurd.
