Santana, Zada, helped me today at Western Dental, Santana was super friendly, super fast at taking my exrays.. Just loved her. Zada my dentist, was very good, helped e with exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to finishing my dental care.

Teeth PAIN!!
Drove from Redding to this location, just to get antibiotics for an infected tooth, my appointment was at 10 was not seen until 11:10. If you have obligations same day be prepared to be flexible. Once I was seen, Santana was my first Technician and made my visit worth the hour commute. Even though I was not seen a hour after my appointment time she made sure to listen to my concerns and Advocate for me getting the treatment I needed! Her co workers Jorge and Alfredo supported her and the Dentist to get me out of there with as little pain as possible!

The worst experience we've ever had, rude to my disabled boyfriend. Didn't do anything we were promised. We drove all the way from susanville for the doctor to do nothing for us. Waited for over an hour. Dislocated his jaw. Dropped instruments in his mouth. Disgusting rooms. Don't ever go here.

Very awful experience here, many rescheduling and cancellations of my appointments without my knowledge. I never received any calls that my appointments were cancelled and i would commute all the way to the office and they did not care one bit. When on the phone with them asking to cancel my treatment they would simply get mad and hang up. I do not recommend to waste your time or money on this bad company.

Santana helped me with my massive anxiety and depression I cried before coming in and she just really helped me and was so kind. I have never had that level of kindness so it really meat so much to me and I’d anyone can request her before X-rays DO IT she didn’t even get me! Love western dental now

The whole staff is wonderful. I came in yesterday for an amergency appointment. Santana did a great job taking the xrays, Dr. Zada was very professional, and helpful. Even into today he did an amazing job. His technique is wonderful, because I never felt a thing. This assistant Walter was very friendly, and explained things simple enough for me to understand. The other staff, that includes Jorge and all the other office staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I came here to get the help I needed. I definitely recommend others coming here in there dental time of need as well. Thank you everyone at Western Dental.
