My last visit with Ortho I signed a paper that said my braces treatment was over and so I went in today thinking braces would be off but they did not. Today was starting the process of removal. It would have been nice to have been told this last month. They don’t explain much to you unless you ask. Got impressions for retainers today and got new bands. The tech was super sweet, I have never seen her there before but never complained about my clear brackets. Did a quick easy job and was super kind and friendly. I appreciate that so much and the receptionist was very friendly as well. Glad to be done with ortho at western dental.

Santana was so helpful! I have horrible dental anxiety and she made me feel much better and easiest set of X-rays I have ever had to get!

Very friendly and professional staff. They answer all of my questions and if they can’t, they will find out the answer for you. Kimberly was very good with setting up my appointment and all the paperwork. Pa the x-ray tech was very nice and I could tell she was very knowledgeable. Dr. Kenny not only knows what he is talking about, but is able to describe it simply so I can understand and know what procedures are happening. I have had only good experiences at this location so far.

went in for a deep cleaning, walked out cleaner than my drug test. everyone in office today was helpful to the fullest extent and helped ease the fact that I hate oral needles . Dr. Zada was nothing but nice , and the front desk ladies, Mayra, Stephanie, and everyone else in front were absolutely nice and helpful.

Can't even tell you how frustrated I am with the Chico office! My son has been getting orthodonic treatment for over a year now however there has been some hicups but since this summer service has been terrible! He had a appointment in July and canceled then he goes in mid August and they want another teeth cleaning before he can be seen for his next appointment even though we just had his teeth cleaned in April I had to pay out of pocket since he was not due for his cleaning so we could comply and make it to his October appointment guess what they canceled that appointment and reschedule another October appointment for the 26th well today i get a voicemail they canceled there reschedule now its getting pushed to November they had me pull his teeth in April and literally he has been seen there twice since April he is not getting the care he needs anyone have any idea how he can get his braces adjusted we can't seem to ever get in even with appointments scheduled months in advance!
