Although the actual appointment went very well and the staff was professional and friendly, there was a problem with my insurance. When I initially called to schedule a new patient appointment I specifically asked if the office accepted Delta Dental, which they said they did. After my appointment I was informed that they were not contracted with my insurance's particular plan and my share of cost was 50%. This created an unnecessary financial hardship for me that could have been prevented, and a wasted appointment for which I had to take time off work.

It's a bit concerning when you get your cleaning appointment rescheduled so far out....but being put on a cancelation list meant only a one week delay. Great cleaning and excellent, friendly staff.
