I've had to have quite a bit of dental work done during the couple of years I've been going to Willow Creek, and I can sincerely say I have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Mike is great and I really feel I've had excellent dental treatment from him. All of his assistants are very capable and personable; and the office staff is always friendly and efficient. It's a quality experience!

I have tried out quite a few dentists at this point in Chico. And this is my favorite by far! I have always had a lot of anxiety with the dentist and Dr. Jim is super down to earth and makes me feel very comfortable. I am also in love with my hygienist! Now I am happy to try and keep up on my teeth, and SORT of look forward to coming in ;) :P

It was the best dentist experience I have ever had! I’m super scared of needles, the dentist and the assistant made me feel totally comfortable. I felt able to share my worries and it made it a far better experience. As a plus, the dentist is very funny and has a great attitude. I hope everyone goes here!

I love the dental hygienists, they're great at what they do! I haven't met both Dr. Muffs, but the one I did meet, I thought he had a very pleasant presence. I hated going to the dentist as a kid and earlier as a young adult, but these guys really make me feel well taken care of after leaving a visit.

I called to schedule an appt for a broken tooth and was able to be seen the next day which in itself was amazing; but what made the entire experience incredible was how friendly, caring and compassionate the staff is. I was asked if I had had bad dental experiences before and I said I had and Dr. Jim took the time to explain the procedure to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His assistan Alex was stellar. She made sure I was comfortable and checked on me while I was waiting to keep me posted on what was happening. The front staff kept me informed of pricing and payment options. Best dental experience ever!

Very well organized group of nice individuals. I felt welcomed and not rushed to get paperwork done. As a new patient I enjoyed my experience. Very helpful and the wait was not long at all. The doc was cool he knows what he’s talking about everyone was very nice I definitely will go back.
