Willow Creek Dentistry

I moved to the Chico area a little over 1½ years ago and was referred to Willow Creek Dental by a random woman in the grocery store who just loved them. I have gone there since for 3 cleanings and some crowns and absolutely love every aspect of their operation. Yesterday's experience was more of the same. Friendly, courteous and professional treatment by everyone from walking in the door to walking out.
Thanks for being the best dentist office I have experienced in the past 20 years.

This is the best dentistry I’ve ever been to. Amazing doctor, staffs, great service. Dr.Mike and his staffs are so personable, friendly, and professional and provide great dental care in a relaxing environment. Always providing details of what my dental needs are. As patient my visit is always very comfortable without stress.

I love the staff here. I had to bring my kids with me to my last appointment and everyone was so understanding and helpful with keeping them occupied. The kids love coming here too for their own appointments as well. They always look forward to picking a prize when they’re done.😊 The whole family has been cavity free! So, thank you Willow Creek for your help with maintaining our pearly whites!

The staff are friendly, professional and very prompt. Also, I appreciate that my insurance coverage was checked beforehand so that I could receive covered care without delay.

I love this dentist office. Everyone is friendly kind and they seem to genuinely care about giving you the best service possible. I see Mike and he’s by far the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. He gets the job done quickly and accurately and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time.

I called every place in Oroville and Chico to have a broken tooth that had become infected pull out. Nobody could get me in for 2-3days I was even told 2 weeks. I called at 12pm and had an appointment at 2pm the tooth was out of my head by 2:30 and I was in bed asleep by 3:15. Thank god for honest people. I would recommend this place to everyone I know and anybody who sees this. What a great group of people

Willow Creek dentistry is simply the best. In 60 years having been to many different offices in the world of dentistry, Willow Creek is the best in all category's of professionalism.. with appointment reminders, and a friendly efficient personnel. The office operates flaulessly. Then there is doctor Mike.. He sets the standards in dentistry and beyond.. the opportunity is only surpassed the highest level of talent. Impressive office, appeared very clean and diligent adherence to Covid protocols. Dr. Mike and staff were very warm and welcoming. The new patient exam was comprehensive and the dentist explained everything as he went along. I was presented with the treatment plan and estimated costs at the end of my appointment.

Thankful that this place was taking new patients as our previous provider was burned out and moved away when Paradise was vaporized. My son and I scheduled an introductory appointment which went well for yesterday, but surprisingly to us, they worked us in for our semi-annual cleanings later that same day! Every staff member was great to us right on up to the Muff Brother dentists themselves. What a great place.
