Willow Creek Dentistry

I have been coming to Willow Creek for two years + and love them. Even changed my insurance to keep them in my network. They are very empathetic, responsible, clean, knowledgeable and treat you like a good friend. My doctor is the best and his brother is pretty great too. He is very gentle when numbing and very patient if I need them to stop or clean my mouth from fluids or possible other things. I can't say enough about how great these guys are and how they come from a long line of dentists, father and grandfather.

Here you’ll find a friendly, personable, professional staff inside of a beautiful office. Dr. Muff was kind, thorough, and made me feel at ease. Love the text message office visit auto-reminders! Looking forward to calling this place home for all of our family’s future dental needs!

After suffering a dental emergency, I went searching for a dentist and found Willow Creek right away.
Having a huge fear of dentist, I was very reluctant to go to my appointment. However as soon as I walked in the door I was treated to kindly and professionally. I have and will continue to refer them to my family and friends.

Everyone at this practice was very polite and helpful. I didn’t wait long to get brought back or to see the doctor. The doctor was patient and thorough. Thank you Willow Creek Dentistry for a pleasant visit!

The staff at Willow Creek are all very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. I am very happy with all of the cleanings and recent work they have done. I have had issues with my teeth all my life that never would get taken care of. Last year I broke a tooth in half and looked around for a place to go. I went to Willow Creek Dentistry the same day I called as a walk in appointment and they even started a root canal that same day! Since then I have gone back almost every month to get work done. My insurance maxed out early, but I continued to pay out of pocket because I have never found a quality dentist or staff like the ones at Willow Creek. I am moving in a couple of months and still contemplate driving all the way back to Chico just to get my dental work done here. Their environment is very friendly, welcoming, caring, and professional. As of today, I am cavity free and have two new amazing front crowns that were made in office.

This was the absolute best dental experience I've ever had. I'm in Chico working from out of state and was experiencing A LOT of pain, I needed to find a local dentist STAT. Their front office was extremely professional and helpful and were able to get me in immediately. The hygienist and dentist were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and fixed me up in no time. They were my heroes today! I told my husband in Idaho I may have to start traveling to Chico for ALL of my dental care. :)

The staff at Willow Creek Dentistry are very professional, efficient and friendly. I had a bad experience with another dental office in town, and Willow Creek proceeded to pickup where the last dental office dropped the ball.

The office at Willow Creek is also very clean, spacious, and modernized. The appointment scheduling seems fair making wait times very minimal.

When my dog chipped my tooth over the weekend Willow Creek Dentistry was able to get me in first thing Monday morning. They were so helpful and understanding. I definitely appreciated the fast friendly service and I am so happy with their work. They did such a great job that you can't even tell I chipped it. Thank you!
