Everything was fine, as usual. However, during a cleaning, I am accustomed to having my implants flossed. I was told that you were out of threaders and waiting on a shipment. Your office should not have let that happen. Maybe the initiative to go to a drugstore and buy some to get by until the shipment arrives.

Outstanding Dentist Office! The receptionists are very friendly. The dental technician was kind and conscientious. Dr Hanefield is an outstanding dentist! He explains everything very carefully and is thoughtful and meticulous about his work.

The staff here is very friendly and competent but could run a little bit tighter ship. I went in for a temporary crown at 11:00 and came out after 1:00 having waited and waited every step of way, feeling a little like an afterthought, and finally, after 20 more minutes, walking out in my bib and goggles to ask when they were planning on finishing my temporary crown. Within a minute the tech was back almost as if she had forgotten me and had to be reminded that I was still sitting there. Loved my dentist, Dr. Azouz, though.

Dr. Hanefield accomplished 3 fillings in almost 2 hrs which seemed to be lonnnngg time. He was gentle but seemed unskilled doing the work, dropping stuff and having to try 3x to do part of the procedure. Have a rough spot on side of tooth. Will need to return to resolve. Had neck and shoulder pain 2 days afterwards.
