Fuller Smiles - Dentist - Culver City

I love Fuller Smiles! Everyone is so kind and friendly. This feels weird to say, but they genuinely care about my teeth! Wonderful team and the office is really cute too.

I hadn’t visited a dentist in quite sometime. I was in dire need of a deep cleaning. I was extremely satisfied with the personal care that I received. My comfort and well being was constantly checked during my cleaning. Not only did my teeth look great afterwards, they also found an amazing home. Thank you Fuller Smile!!!!

Fuller Smiles is great. I am always greeted very kindly when I first walk in, the reception staff are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure I have a great experience. They have always been able to fit me in for an appointment in a quick time frame. The dentists and hygienists are kind and responsive to patient needs. They answer all my questions thoroughly and seem to do a great job. The only negative, though, is sometimes the communication between their staff is a little lacking and they are not immediately sure what procedure I am in for and other small bits of information. May be a management or software issue, though, because everyone I have met there communicates with me very clearly and the customer service level is high. They also have a great view from the office!

I just moved down to LA area, searched for dentist, this office draw my attention, also because it's so close to my office, so I made an appointment for prophy.
The first visit was really pleasant, that's the reason I still gave them some stars.
But I should be alerted that when an office having some new doctors/interns, it might not be an ideal to do crowns.
This is the worst crown experience I'd ever had. ( I had 7 crowns done before).
First visit took more than 1 1/2 hours, they had some DA put in the temp crown, and since I was almost later for work (I didn't expect 1.5hours), the crown was so high and so uncomfortable，I called office， and was told It's normal. Since they don't open Saturday and Sunday， I was forced to be on liquid diet for 3 days (although I didn't mind to lose some weight). Even after they fixed the uneven surface, my gums were so irritated, until a Tuesday night it started heavy bleeding, I called office, then they saw me again and fixed the temp crown.
Finally this morning I went to for crown delivery, I've already had some problems, they still decided to have a new grads to take care of it. She was a pleasant doctor but lacking of patience. The first crown I felt nothing, but she said there's some gap she didn't like it, so changed to second one which I told her I didn't feel comfortable with it. Then she started trimming down the crown, I told her it was uneven , always somewhere is higher, ended up she trimmed bunch off (but still not flat). And it took more than 2 hours (it's neither efficient nor commercial wise). And I had to go work. Now I'm having a crooked crown with very irritating gums again.
I wish my insurance will allow me to find someone else to fix this problem. A crown needed 4 visits still not working is really not acceptable.
If you wanted to do prophy, really suggested, but crown(s), think more before you go.

Dr. Dan is meticulous! I had 2 chipped front teeth that made me really self conscious about smiling. Dr. Dan took his time to repair it and made my teeth and smile looking amazing. I no longer feel self conscious about smiling big in pictures now!

I had my first appointment yesterday! It had been a while since I'd taken a trip to the dentist and Fuller Smiles really made me feel at ease! All the staff was super friendly and welcoming and took the time to explain my treatment procedure! Looking forward to the upcoming appointments. Definitely recommending to family and friends!

Fuller Smiles is great! I got fitted for a mouthguard, and they use new tech to take photos of my bite. Dr K is attentive and knowledgeable. Very clean office and everyone is caring.

Fuller Smile is by far my absolute favorite dental office—the team is so knowledgeable and hospitable that there’s really no reason to go elsewhere. I’ve been going here for over 3 years and I can honestly say that their quality of work is consistently top-notch. I’ve referred friends and family to this office and they all love it! If that’s not enough, their clean and chic office design makes your dental check-up that much better!

P.S. office staff will send you friendly reminders via email or texts letting you know when you are due for a check-up. They are incredibly accommodating and really take the nuisance out of scheduling appointments. Thanks Dr. Arsh for making dentist appointments so unbelievably bearable!

Fuller smile is one of the best dentists that I visited! I visited 3-4 times so far and whenever I visit everyone is so nice and helpful. Especially during this COVID-19 pandemic, they are taking all possible safety measures such as filling up the checklist, etc. I felt very safe with all these steps. Highly recommend this dentist!
