Dr. Hankins and the staff were amazing before I even stepped foot in their office. They were friendly and attentive, answered all of my questions in advance, and I knew what to expect before my appointment, which made me feel valued as a new patient early on. From the moment I was greeted at the front desk, I felt comfortable! His staff was personable and welcoming, the playlist was on point, and the office is modern and high-tech. I can also tell he has a great relationship with the staff, which makes the office vibe lively and stress free.

Before the exam I was offered the option of watching TV, which I didn’t realize until I reclined was suspended above me for easy viewing (there was also one on the wall straight ahead). I declined since I was enjoying the playlist and light conversation. The exam went well, and I was impressed by all the advanced imaging he reviewed with me in detail after X-rays. I’ve already told several friends about Dr. Hankins because he was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend HD Dental Studios!
