I have to travel 200 to see this dentist....I would go further if needed to get the care they give their patients. With this office...the patient comes first. The office staff is outstanding!!! To actually talk to a provider that cares is such a joy!!! Thank You Butte Valley!!!

I can't say enough good things about their dental side, especially Dr. Gonzalez. His assistant (Stacey?) is also top notch and they work well together. The best dentist I have ever been to, and I've had some real bad experiences. He's professional, competent, and cool headed. Thanks for doing what you do.

I desperately need a surgery and this place sent me to 2 different surgeons that are retired. The first surgeon was Dr rust and they made me wait 3 weeks in pain while my refural was being processed, only to tell me he was retiring! The second try they sent me to fairfield to a man thats also closed and retired? Why does this place take Partnership Health plan patients if you have no surgeon to refer them too?? Why waste my time at all? I feel like my pain was prolonged more than necessary, and they were not sympathetic at all.

Dorris facility has a good staff as far as check in . Once behind the door look out . You are put in the pain relief BOX . There is no crisis ! Since when can your doc give you pot and take away your meds for using it . You can't put every patient in the same box . Talk to corporate and they humiliate you into not taking these meds . Do your research on every patient .
