El Dorado Family Dental

I can not express enough how thankful I am to have found El Dorado Family Dental. I decided to try them out after reading the reviews of several dental practices. There is a reason they have a five star rating. They are amazing. I travel from Diamond Springs to get to their office in El Dorado Hills. Dr. Albik is extremely knowledgeable and has the most updated technology to ensure you get the best treatment. He does not make me feel as though I am just another number as I have in other dental offices. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and to answer any questions that I have. He is very kind and comforting during procedures as well. I tend to get very nervous before a dental procedure and he does his best to help me feel more calm. I would also like to thank Sunny because she is so helpful and sweet. She goes out of her way to make sure I get answers to any questions I have. I have had a great experience with each and every dental hygienist and assistant in the office. I feel as though Dr. Albik and his team are very honest and really care about what they do. So much so that I have referred both my husband and my mother to their office. Thank you so much Dr. Albik and to the rest of your team!

I have only had great experiences with Dr. Albik and his team. They are so proffessional and nice! I get major anxiety at dentists due to bad experiences in the past but I feel 100% comfortable now for visits. I had a tooth extraction and deep cleaning that took no more than 30 minutes! So quick and completely painless. The office is so clean and they even have coffee, water and juice for visitors. Incredible service and i would recommend them to anyone!

Best experience ever. Everyone was so friendly and helpful starting with the receptionist. He helped me to get an appointment the next day. As soon as you get there everyone is smiling and making you feel comfortable. I took my nine year old boy for a regular check up. I was a little nervous since it was our first time here and I am not a big fun of dentists. I thought we will have to go back for the follow up, but Dr. Mohamad took the time and started the job my son needs on his first appointment. Dr. Mohamad was very helpful. He did an excellent job and the best part is that he made sure my son was ok all the time.

If you are scared of going to the dentist like I am this is the office for you! From my initial contact with the office they were professional and treated me with kindness. I was referred to this office by my mother which is a compliment in itself. Called on a Friday in pain and had an appt booked for Monday. Much appreciated! I’m terrified of the dentist because I had a traumatic experience as a child and so far no other dentist had helped changed my opinion of the dentist:( BUT that has changed! The very nice woman that took me back made me feel very comfortable and took some X-rays. After she took the X-rays Dr. Rika Ashraf greeted me with the most comforting smile. She lead our conversation with positives of my tooth health which made me feel so much more comfortable! We made a plan of relieving my pain for this initial visit and then made a game plan to move forward with getting my teeth health much better! From dr. Ashraf to the entire office everyone was so nice and treated me with respect because teeth issues is a very personal embarrassment. I already booked my next appt!

I had nothing but great experiences while going to see Dr. Albik. His team was great and he did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and listening to what I had to say. He kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. After seeing many different dentists I can say that Dr. Albik and his team are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

So I never liked going to the dentist, and avoided it for 15 years.

I finally started having pain and decided it was time to go in.

After years and years of abuse and neglect to my teeth they were obviously in pretty bad shape, though Dr. Albik has really coached me through both the repairs and my trepidation around seeing dentists. He and his staff are incredibly nice and warm/welcoming and very easy to talk to and schedule around.

While writing this, I even got a text just following up on how my wisdom teeth removal/root canal recovery is going which is very nice to see Dr. A actually cares. I will not be changing dentists anytime soon and am actually excited to set regular appointments and get me teeth back in shape.

Great staff! This was my first time going back to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned. They were very patient with my questions and did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. Both their office and staff are lovely! Thank you Dr. Albik and staff!

First of all, I hate going to the dentist. For me it was 15 years but my wife convinced me to take my health seriously so I called. I have 2 sons and they made my 3yr old want to be a dentist when he grows up. All he talks about now... I had a lot of work to do after so long but they were so gentle, I almost fell asleep. Jen is the best hygienist you could ask for, I highly recommend going here for all dental needs. My family of 5 will go no where else!

I had a really pleasant experience! I’m a medi-cal patient and there’s no way I’d ever find an office as nice as this one with the perfect staff to complete it. :)
The only thing is, I went because I had an infection in my gums (pus, gross taste, bad breath, the whole shebang!) and left without any meds, or information on how to get rid of the infection...besides being told I have to get my wisdom teeth out, which would take weeks for my insurance to approve. Definitely don’t want to have to taste and swallow pus for 3 weeks! I started losing my appetite and getting feverish last night and ended up having to call my primary care doc for anti-biotics :(

Had an excellent experience, Dr Albik was very nice and took the time to explain work needed to be done and discussed all the options. Wait time is very reasonable, they were ready for me by the time I was done with my new patient paperwork. Dental hygienist was very professional and friendly. My daughter also had an appointment at the same time and was happy.
As for the facility it looks very new, waiting area is nice, they have a drink cooler and a Keurig coffee machine :)
