Best dentist office I’ve been to in El Segundo. Dentist was very thorough with great bedside manners. Catrina, the treatment coordinator very knowledgeable, helped with all my insurance and payment options. I highly recommend this office.

Wow ! To start of with I had a sever tooth ache the night before I was in tears ! Next morning I got on my computer and began my search for a dental office. I had to keep in mind I didn’t have dental insurance it wasn’t going to kick in until 5 days after. Prior to I had booked with another dental place and they were already changing me 99 to just go and visit not even x rays included. Maddie from El segundo Modern Dentistry called me since I was in chat early ( had to keep my options opened) and was sooo friendly and very understand I was in shocked of the price and told my
boyfriend there has to be a catch 20$ for x rays there’s no way. We’ll I guessed wrong and I went in filled out paper work. Didn’t even wait for 15 minutes. This is where I cry of joy Catrina, Lupe, Jazzy J and Dr.Petcu really saved my life ( that’s how I felt) I didn’t have any big money to pay upfront but Catrina made it happen she wasn’t lying when she said “I got you” I began to cry of joy and happiness more so relief. Prior to my visit I prayed god help me find a place today that’s going to give me a hand and God heard my prayers. I can’t thank the staff the Doctor himself for being so gentle. I had two extractions done and did not feel sh*t ha! They were very informative. The forever have a family with them. If you want to avoid a horrible dental experience I suggest you come down here. Also I hadn’t gone to the dentist over years due to a horrible experience I had when I was younger. Lupe even held my hand to feel comfort and I thank her soooo much for it. The office was incredibly dirty - scrapes all over the walls, dusty untouched medical equipment, leaky ceiling tiles, unclean tools and half-full cups of water left everywhere. Bedside manner was non existent - dentist/techs gave no introduction or even a simple hello and just started doing x rays. The tech was incompetent and left me alone in the x ray room with no instruction or telling me what I was doing. The equipment was shoddy and very disjointed.
I waited 25 minutes for the doctor after the tech did a painful job of administering the x rays. Afterwards, the doctor looked in my mouth for 3 minutes and left. I was told I had to get braces (which I didn’t ask for plus I have straight teeth already) and that a cleaning (which is covered by my insurance) would cost 900$. I walked out after that. This place is a scam!!!! DO NOT COME HERE you will be mistreated. AVOID THIS PLACE DONT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS

Dr. Sergei has been my dentist and having oral surgery with an eventual lower plate using my implants already done previously. I especially enjoy this dentist as we are on the same page when it comes to my dental issues and needs for a future final lower plate. He is gentle and well versed in doing the surgery. He has completed a crown last week and I was 100% happy. Prices are good and they have many ways of paying including financial help. I am excited to see the end result and I am grateful to the employees and staff that have handled my care for a long time. I am the worst patient ever and so writing a positive review means a lot!!

I came to get a tooth extracted. Dr. Petcu. Was ready after talking to me about the bone graft. Was ready to pull it out. I changed my mind on the bone graft part. His out look on it changed instantly. Sent his nurse in and said he wants a specialist to see me. (He is the specialist.) Was a (scam)! Just wanted the insurance money and mine. Can’t believe this happened. I walked out, still in pain. (Ask questions!!!)

Never got a root canal and was really nervous of getting one. They reassured me and the process went smooth, and felt completely comfortable in their care. Would highly recommend!

Was in horrible pain they instantly got me a same Day visit and was in and out in an hour, my dentist was amazing , left feeling great with no after pain ! and will Forsure be going back !
