New Dental Images

I've been coming to New dental images for 6+ Years now. I love the new office and location. The staff and Dr. Dang has always been very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. If you are in the Elk Grove area and looking for an affordable dentist New Dental Images is it!

I always have such an amazing experience here. The receptionist, Maria, is fantastic and so is Dr. Dang and all the other staff members. They're very patient and welcoming and will tell me exactly what I need to know and what needs to get done. I definitely will continue to come back to this location for their amazing service!

I had an amazing experience at New Dental Images. As soon as you walk in your immediately greeted by the wonderful receptionists. I didn’t have an appointment and was still seen the same day. Dr. Dang gave me a few options without pressure for what I could do to fix my tooth problem. Today I am pain free

I greatly enjoy this dentist. I have had some bad experiences with other dentists, but the staff treats you great and I leave without any problems with my mouth. I highly recommend this place.

I could seriously write a novel on my dental experiences with Dr. Dang, and her most friendly office staff. Dr. Dang has been my Dentist since 2009, and when I found her, I found a miracle! Throughout the past 9 years, each and every office visit is a welcoming visit as if it was my first. Dr. Dang and her staff are highly professionsl, kind, and caring. They treat their patients with the Best treatment any professional could ever give. I trust Dr. Dang and her staff because they are thorough, and review the best possible treatment plan available, discuss the options, and let me, (the client) decide which treatment plan meets by current needs, there are no surprises, they always let me know ahead of time, so that I can prepare for the worst, but really if you only knew what my smile looked like before coming to Dr. Dang...I never smiled because I was too ashamed to show my teeth. Dr. Dang's knowledge, committment to her patients, her expertise, and guidance has truly been a miracle in my life. Since having Dr. Dang and her New Dental Images in my life, she has truly changed my life, I have a beautiful healthy smile, and today I can share my smile with others, because of her dedication to her work and her patients. I never knew how important a smile was to others until Dr. Dang and New Dental Images gave me the smile that I deserve. Today I can freely give those in need of a smile, a genuine smile, and have no shame of my teeth. Smiles can bring joy to those who maybe aren't having such a good day. I've known this office for ages and their service is excellent. I recommend this place to anyone that has trouble finding a Dentist. 5 stars all the way.. great job team.. even my kids have the greatest experience at this office. They actually love to see the dentist ever since we started going here.

I went to this location years ago to use up my insurance the year was almost out and I would have lost it. The dentist just to use all my insurance money and told me she thinks I should remove my silver fillings an get clear my teeth have never been the same to this day when I eat a potato chip on the left side it hurts. Part of one of the clear fillings she put in has come out and my tooth is turning in color. I felt she did me the patient a disservice and wanted to collect the insurance money all in one visit. I didn't pay the bill because I was not satisfied with the work. I've paid in pain and now its affecting my credit because I was sent to collections and the work she did needs to be fixed. Please go some where that cares about the patient not the doctor collecting a check.

The worst dental experience I have ever had. My previous dentist retired so I had to find a new one. I went to New Dental Images because they were in Elk Grove and in-network with my insurance. They said I needed a deep root cleaning...and I needed it every 3 months, they said I needed a partial crown that would cover two teeth because of where a cavity was located and they filled another cavity. I had the deep root cleaning and filling with them. Since the filling on 9/13/18 I can't eat anything cold with the tooth they filled without sending shivers up my spine, the entire experience was horrific. I would not, did not go back and I'm so glad I didn't. I found a wonderful dentist in Elk Grove who told me that they didn't see how New Image Dental could have done a deep root cleaning on me because my gum health was excellent and there was no separation to get deep to clean. Interesting enough the tooth they filled, has a gap under the filling and above my tooth, which my new dentist pointed out in an x-ray and believes that is causing the sensitivity to cold. In addition New Dental Images said I needed a partial crown on two teeth due to a cavity between the two, thank God I didn't have them do it. Almost 6 month later, my new dentist never mentioned needing a partial crown and just filled them. Lastly, New Dental Images actually sent me reminder notifications about how much money was left on my insurance to spend for the year, they just wanted to do something else that I didn't need to make sure they got it all. The worst business practice ever, a side from them conducting treatments on you that aren't medically necessary (malice) or when they do, they do them negligently and cause you pain.

I'm a new patient and I am thankful for finding this office. Staff are very professional! Excellant location. Hygienist, Susanne is very thorough and light handed. I will be moving my entire family here. Thank you, New Dental Images.
