I have heard that her work is at an extremely high level. (Have not needed to find out first hand ). She also does excellent hygiene---nothing like a dentist's touch!

This place is absolutely horrible, and unprofessional. I have left multiple messages, and have called time and time again. I received 90% of the time nothing back, not only did I get the excuse "it's only been me here", but the receptionist knew who I was on the phone and didn't remember me after the 4-5 messages I left them through out the week. I then had to go in cause my messages were still not being answered and signed a release form cause there's no way I want these people in my mouth again. Then what do you know, they still haven't sent off our Xrays to the new dentist we asked for and it had been 3 days already. It's pretty horrible to when you might need a serious surgery, but what do they care it's just a paycheck to them. If your staff can't handle the office then you need to get a better staff, cause at this point I do not understand why you have your license.

I dont know where to start...From the beginning they were shady. I tried to schedule an appointment but they said they were booked for 4 months, unless I was in pain. I naively said i had MINOR pain from sweets. so without telling me what was going on, they said they could see me next week but charged me a huge fee for "emergency work". which my dental insurance did not cover.... After that they seemed to make tons of time to do a followup cleaning and repairing for old fillings. Unfortunately they replaced all my old fillings with a type which again is not what my insurance covers.... not only that, they also tried to charge me out of network fees when they are contracted with my insurance company! Their estimate was way higher than it was supposed to be. To add to it, they have Terrible! customer service....they don't answer phones... dont return messages....overall a shady place that you cant trust.
One of the fillings they did was so bad it made it so i couldn't bite down all the way for a month while also aching as though she drilled into my nerve and now i need a root canal... but they don't answer their phones or call you back so there are in a way refusing to fix a bad filling THEY did. all in all horrible experience from all aspects. Please don't waste countless hours dealing with th
eir shady practices like I did. Now i probably need a root canal. So if you wanna go from a simple replaced filling that is completely covered by insurance to out of pocket root canal, go here.

Batista is the best! She has done the most amazing work on me. I was down south and chipped a tooth . I had to go to an emergency apointment with a random dentist. When I was in their chair the dentist working on me was amazed at the quality of work Sonya had done on me. So much so that he had to go get the other dentists in the office to show them my teeth. Anyone giving this office a bad review is having some other issue. I always feel at home from when i walk in untill i leave. I owe my teeth to Sonya and her crew.

This person is either sadistic or color blind, do yourself a favor and find an ethical practitioner, even if that means having to drive out of town. I left with my teeth permanently discolored and she refuse to correct any of her errors. Absolutely terrible and should be closed down in my opinion. Hope you can save yourself from all the trouble I went through.
Highly recommend NOT going here. They constantly changed/rescheduled appointments. 90% of the staff is always changing, I'm assuming because of the way they are treated and their differing ethical standards. Equipment is out dated. And I will definitely have to have the work she did fixed by another dentist.
