Dr. Roshini Nair is an amazing dentist and I love the staff they're all so great and sweet! I had great experience. This was my First time Visiting a Dentist. I appreciate how caring and gentle She was during explaining the process. I am happy to have found the right place. She is so Kind and she went even beyond and helped me.

Do NOT go to this place! The so-called cleaning hurts A LOT more than it should have been. It feels like that the doctor was repairing a MACHINE that doesn't feel pain, rather than treating a LIFE! This is UPSETTING! I saw another review having the same experience with mine - the doctor just DOESN'T CARE! She literally did 5 min check and call that a teeth cleaning - I was stunned because all my previous cleaning last about 30min. Again it hurts A LOT more than it should have been. It feels like she's repairing a MACHINE that doesn't feel pain, rather than treating a LIFE! This is UPSETTING!
The assistant is ok. But overall it's a really bad experience. I seriously wonder why are there 5-star reviews - it feels to me that those were written by families and friends! TERRIBLE service but they are making MONEY out of our insurance, which comes from OUR PAY CHEQUE!

Great Office!! Exceptional staff!! Really no better place to get routine or treatment for your teerh. I drive down to Fremont from Antioch only bc I'm scared to go anywhere else. They've set the bar so, high I honestly doubt I could find a better dental office.

I have been Dr. Kumar's patient for about 4 years now.
The first time I visited Dr. Kumar, I had a lot of pending dental work. She not only discussed each one of the problem area with me, she also helped me schedule my treatment in a way where I could benefit the most from my insurance. My favorite part was when her office did all the homework for me. :) (Honestly, at first, I did call the insurance to verify everything they told me is correct or not and figured out that they did more thorough job than me)
Following are my reasons of having Dr. Kumar as my dentist:
1. Dr. Kumar keeps me informed of EVERYTHING. I exactly know what to expect. (I hate surprises when it's about my health)
2. Customer service at her office is beyond the best. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
3. Dr. Kumar is always very calm and never makes you feel rushed (even on the day when I had asked for a same day appointment)
4. I love how finicky they are about hygiene. (WORKS FOR ME!!)
