In contrast to other places that I've been to, they were quite clear about what they were doing and why. My teeth were examined by the dentist and he suggested that I need a back tooth with a crack be replaced with a crown. I understood the need for the crown after seeing the xray and hearing his explanation. I opted to have it done sooner than later. The staff is really welcoming.
