Overall great experience with Dr. Chan and his staff! After the pandemic shutdown, I’ve been looking for a new dentist that actually cares about my health and not just my wallet. Dr. Chan and his team made me feel welcomed, comfortable and confident that I am in “good hands”. Never once was I pressured into or “sold” any unnecessary treatment, and my hygienist was gentle and very thorough. Front office (Lily?) was also efficient at making sure my insurance coverage was up to date with my copays. Thank you! - Nicholas

I feel comfortable here. The appointments available are reasonable, no long wait times, thorough exams, thorough explanation on any required treatments, thorough review of my options, the front reception, the hygienist and dental assistants are all very knowledgeable and kind.. Dr Chan is great at his job. I still have a touch of anxiety, but its much more manageable at this office with this staff.

The back office staff is extremely kind and friendly. You can be put at ease by Dr. Raymond Chan's professionalism and wonderful personality. He is definitely one of the best dentists I have ever seen.

Pleasant and clean environment. Courteous and kind staff. Dr. Dentist (sorry i forgot his name) was very nice and explained things clearly. He is also easy on the eyes. The dental assistant seemed quite knowledgeable and attentive. I haven't gotten the work done yet, but I feel good that I'll be in good hands for this extraction and implant. My only issue was the music. I'm not much into mainstream hip hop on most days. I thought it was funny that I was in the waiting room with two retired Caucasians and then there's me, an older millennial. I laughed to myself that this music is not appropriate for us. I look forward to going back my the dental work minutes the recommended deep cleaning.

I went in with what I thought was going to be a simple procedure and the estimates I were given were way out of my budget. The music was too loud I couldn't hear what was being said no offer to turn it down

The best dentist I have EVER had!!! He was very gentle and responsive, I didn’t experience any pain throughout my procedure (extraction and implant) absolutely painless. I didn’t smell smoke from the drill, he didn’t smash my lips like most dentist. I was so comfortable I could naturally fall asleep.
The staff were ALL friendly and accommodating. Best experience ever for a dentist!!! 👋👋

This was horrible. Went in with a broken tooth, got an estimate of $21,000 to fix my whole mouth. When I asked about the tooth, they wanted $710 to pull it. Left without getting the tooth fixed. They referred me to an oral surgeon that doesn’t take insurance. Completely worthless.

This is the best dentist place I have ever been too. Every deep cleaning experience I have had anywhere else has been horrible. My wife recommended this place and the dental hygienist Eddie was awesome. I normally have a lot anxiety about getting my teeth deep cleaned. I can safely say after Eddie was done I don’t think I will ever have anxiety about getting my teeth cleaned again. 10/10 would recommend.

I know everyone hates these discount dental facilities, but Dr. Chan is the exception: he’s caring, gentle, understanding and different from other dentists that can’t get a job at a nicer place. I’m difficult and demanding; he’s fantastic!
