Service was good and doctors/staff nice. However they took my insurance info on the first visit and never mentioned that I was out of network. I had multiple visits and they never mentioned I was out of network. I only found out when I saw paperwork from my insurance. My insurance would have actually covered all those services, so I ended up losing more than $1000
