I appreciated the extra effort that Dr. Mendoza took to explain to me the difference between an onlay, crown and filling before recommending a course of action that would most preserve my original tooth. Everyone is really nice and friendly, but the communication was very confusing and a bit frustrating. Not the best communication about what was being done and how much it was going to cost me. I felt like the doctor was trying to rush while explaining it to me. Didn’t explain everything either as his assistant did a better job at doing that.
Other than that the place is good, and the hygienist was awesome!! She explained everything to me step by step.
Wish the doctor did the same. I wanted his professional opinion on what I could do right away and what I had to wait for financially and I felt like he didn’t take that into consideration which was disappointing.

After our family dentist retired I was slightly nervous about going to a new office, but iTooth Dentistry seemed extremely comfortable from the very beginning. I’m so happy I found iTooth Dentistry, Dr. Mendoza is very professional. With my previous dentist I was going to pay over 1,000 dollars for two crowns. I paid much less with Dr. Mendoza. Over the Thanksgiving weekend I went to iTooth Dentistry in Fresno, CA. The waiting room and reception area were both clean and well laid out. I met the dentist, Dr. Mendoza within a few minutes of my arrival to the office as he came out to meet two new patients. It was a nice touch. I was brought back to a very spacious, clean room. The chair and equipment were brand new. Everything looked very clean. Even the X-ray machine was neatly tucked away.
FYI* Itooth Dentistry has a separate special room for scanning teeth to make retainers (3M TruDef Digital Scanner). My fiancé was getting her teeth scanned to make a retainer to close a gap in her front teeth.
Carine was the hygienist who listened to my dental history and asked some logical follow up questions. She spent about 45 minutes on my appointment, counting and numbering my teeth, measuring the gaps in between my teeth and gum line, cleaning my teeth and making recommendations for keeping my teeth and gums healthy. There was lots to talk about in my mouth, but I heard no ridicule or judgement from the hygienist or the dentist.
I was impressed with the relaxed and professional atmosphere of the iTooth Dentistry office. This is a very well run dental office. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. I will return for my bi-annual visits.

If you're looking for great dental care in the city of Fresno I'd highly recommend itooth Dentistry! The customer service at itooth is outstanding! When you walk into Dr. Mendozas office it is very clean and it has a TV to entertain you while you wait. Dr. Mendoza is very honest and professional with his patients. He really thrives and loves what he does and when you have a dentist like him you know you're going to get the best dental care!

If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Mendoza for dental care. I was able to make a last minute appt. and seen within an hour. He utilizes state of the art dentistry equipment I've never seen before. His staff was professional and very courteous. Two thumbs up!

They are always ready for their patients and they are super friendly! Some things at the dentist can be awkward or uncomfortable and they make everything very comfortable and easy! I had two wisdom teeth out recently in office and there was little to no pain and it all healed perfectly!

Simply put, probably one of the best dentists in Fresno if not the best. I had a receding gum line due to my brushing. Two dentists at Premier Dental couldn't fix my sensitivity problem after 3 visits and carving my tooth during one of those visits claiming that was the source of sensitivity (also making the surface very rough).
Dr. Mendoza removed the filling in about a minute because it was a very bad job done by Premier Dental, it came right off. Furthermore, I couldn't even tell there was a filling when he was done because it matched my tooth color and he polished my tooth so it feels smooth again like the rest of my teeth! I also had fillings done by Dr. Mendoza in the past and they have all been fantastic! I was really stupid to try another dentist.
If there is a small premium you pay at this clinic relative to the rest, just know it is because you are getting the best service and work done on your teeth. Why go somewhere else when you already know who the best is?
