I find pearl dentist office after having bad experience from two other pervious dentist offices that i had visited i find DR Mehdi very knowledgeable and caring with very nice and friendly staff . he listen to my dental need and he didn't try to sell me some service that i don't need or want opposite other dentists that i had previously visit . he did very nice job in shortest time possible and he do root canal and implant too . so i could do all my dental need in one place can not be happier .

Throughout these past few months, I have been given the opportunity to be alongside Dr. Mehdi and shadow him at his practice, and I am impressed. I dont ever write review but after my appt i was disappointed with all the positive reviews. I scheduled an appt for a tooth extraction. The front office presented me with the dental plan they had for me. I didnt go with their dental plan which was a few thousand dollars that was out of my pocket since my insurance didnt cover. After i told them i simply want a tooth extraction. I was told to leave and that the doctor was busy. I feel like i was kick out because i didnt go with their dental plan. Poor service.

I recently became a new patient of Dr. Mehdi after my regular dentist retired. I have been very pleased with the work that Dr. Mehdi has done on my teeth. I was assigned this dentist by my insurance. I called to make an appointment and the office staff lied to me. They told me that they do not take my insurance. When I insisted they told me, after I called back because they left me on hold for 20 minutes, the earliest new patience appointment that they have is October. Which I'm pretty sure is also a lie.

This is one of the friendliest dentists I’ve ever been to. Not only is the staff caring and knowledgeable, but the dentists are patient and kind. I’m absolutely terrified of dental work, especially anything requiring shots. Dr Mehdi Jafarinejad took his time and gave me lots of breaks when I needed a crown for a cracked tooth. Along with this, the receptionist, Yani, explains everything and just makes things work for you. Overall, they make a fabulous experience out of something that is usually unpleasant for me.

My husband and I have been going to Pearl Dentistry in Fresno since they opened here and highly recommend Dr. Mehdi and his staff. They are professional, friendly and caring. Last week, a crown popped off and Yani , the office manager, got me an appointment quickly to put it back in. The entire staff provides excellent service.

This is the most poorly managed dental office I have ever encountered. This office was assigned by the insurance company. But, when I called to schedule appointments they told me I needed to call the insurance and have them fax over the details of her policy. I took me 3 days going back and forth between the dental office and the insurance company before I finally had the insurance company call them. Only then did the agree to schedule appointments for us. But, today when we showed up for our appointments the lady at the counter informed us she didn't have appointments scheduled for us. We are changing dental offices.

Very friendly staff I’m usually very nervous when it’s time to go to dentist office but Dr Mehdi is amazing I recommend him 100% he dose amazing job and I’m very happy I will go back every time and I’m very relaxed .
