After several past negative dental experiences and having years of dental anxiety, becoming a patient at Willow Dental has changed my entire dental outlook. Dr McCord is amazing and has provided the best dental care I have experienced. The staff at the front and in the back of the office are so friendly and welcoming as well. I actually look forward to going to my dentist appts. The office is also very clean and up to date. I am thankful to have found Willow Dental, and can now go to the dentist with confidence!

Staff is friendly and appointments are on time, but thier billing department is not the best. They do not like to give pricing ahead of time or bill your insurance. They will charge you full price if you are not careful. We have also had problems with them canceling appointments the day before they are scheduled and then asking if you can come in at a later date during the day. These appointments are made 6 months in advance and when working full time, it makes it frustrating to have to reschedule.

My daughter is extremely difficult to say the least and they were extremely kind and patient with her. They went at my daughters pace and very gentle. Office was clean and spacious. The front staff was kind and fast. Definitely coming back!

Willow Dental has a friendly and helpful staff. I do not have dental insurance currently. Dr. Andersen is always willing to tell me what requires priority attention and allow me options for my dental care. He exhibits such competence and care and has such a gentle touch, that I cat nap while he's working!

Honestly, I’ve been a patient to Western Dental for 8 years and now I’ve personally seen a difference between here, at Willow Dental Group and over there in Western Dental. The 2 don’t even compare. I am a new patient and I loved how well they took care of me. I was in serious pain. And they got me in right away. And the very next day was my root canal appointment. I’m amazed and relieved I didn’t have to deal with this pain anymore. Thank you Willow Dental you just gained a new customer 😄
