I have loved this place since I set foot in the place. They’re extremely nice and want to help you. Because of them I was able to start my aligner treatment with one of the specialist they recommended. I’m happy that they’re staff is friendly and if your feeling uncomfortable they make sure you they stop and ask if your ok. I love the place.

The staff appears to be very nice. But I went in & they recommend a rot canal. They said insurance would cover so I agreed to pay my portion $400. 3 months later get a bill for $1800. Called Willow Dental & they said insurance won’t cover & I have to pay. They said to bad but you have to pay. I did. Very unhappy about not getting truthful information upfront. BEWARE
