My friend recommended me to this practice and I satisfied with my care. The office is very nice. The front office staff is courteous and welcoming. The back office is efficient and professional. I really value my time and it was very obvious that they valued my time as well. I appreciate the efficiency and the professionalism. My exam and cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. My Dentist retired. So, finding a good dentist was a concern. If you are looking for a really talented dentist office this is your place. The dentists, their Hygienists, even the office staff are very nice and I actually look forward to visits so I can see everyone again.

From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted and made to feel welcomed. As I was beginning to complete the required medical information paperwork, I was introduced to Nancy who walked me back to an exam room and did everything possible to make sure I understood exactly what each of the exam processes were in terms I could understand. Nancy is a great communicator! Once all of ex-rays, pictures and preliminary procedures were done, Dr. Maddox came in to review everything with me. Dr. Maddox was genuinely interested and concerned with what I wanted to see happen in today’s visit and how she could develop the overall strategy to meet my dental wellness and desired goals. Dr. Maddox suggested I complete a two-stage “deep dental cleaning” with one step done today. Consistent with the overall professionalism I’ve witnessed so far, Pricilla the dental hygienist, thoroughly walked me through the process and made every effort to make sure the experience was efficient and as painless as possible. Totally a great experience today at Willow Dental!!

I called them and had an appointment in less than a week. Everybody else wanted to schedule me 2 months out. Another dentist had told me I would need surgery on my gums. They told me that unless I wanted it done there was really no reason. They saved me a lot of money. Plus they were able to get me back in for a cleaning 3 days later. They were all very professional. I'm originally from L. A. and finding compatent medical personnel hasn't been easy. Now if I could find a medical doctor like this, that would be awesome.
