Normally love this place. However I saw the Dr. today and after she did the check up she sat there with her mask down talking through everything. I also noticed 3 people up front at the desk not wearing masks. I see Willow Dental has responded to several reviews on here so I really hope they respond to this one with an explanation as to why they hold their patients to a higher standard than those working on the office. Post pandemic I have every reason to come back but their lack of protection for patients makes me not want to come back until this is all over. Really disappointing behavior from a normally great place.

The place is quiet. The staff is respectful and nice. I was there early. I was taken back on time. I was offered a blanket to keep me warm. I was allowed to watch TV with headphones on. The hygienist was gentle and kind. I have been going there for years and every appointment is consistent.

An amazing facility with awesome staff. My dentist was Dr. Raven and let me tell ya. Professional and a pleasure to work with. For the type of work I had done it was surprisingly painless. Everyone at Willow is friendly and courteous. I’m very pleased with my experience there.

My first visit with Willow Dental was quite pleasant. Super nice staff and Doctor, fast check in, the wait time wasn’t even 5mins. They explained everything where I could understand, there wasn’t any technical jargon. I wish there was an option on here to give them 10 stars instead of five. Overall I’m quite happy with Willow Dental I recommend this place to anybody.

Always a good experience since I’ve been going to Willow Dental. The staff have always been professional and accommodating towards my time and schedule. I haven’t had any issues with scheduling or billing. From getting my teeth cleaned with different hygienists to getting work done by Dr. Haskett and evening getting evaluated for sleep apnea with Dr. Anderson. Both experiences were great and I will continue to refer my family, friends and co-workers to Willow Dental Group.
