Had an unnecessary heated conversation with who i was told to be a person named Chi. At one point in the conversation i was told that i’ve only been to this office twice which is completely false. And even if i only had been there twice, does that make me less important as a client? I’ve been coming here a long time as has my wife. She kept talking over me and listen long enough to understand what i was saying. There were many many complaints during this interaction but i don’t have time to list them all. Have never had an issue before then, which i also tried explaining to her. Very unprofessional and unwarranted.

Dr. Nicole Smith is the best dentist I've ever had. She's absolutely wonderful and the hygienist and tech teams are amazing. Thorough and gentle, but also carefully explains everything. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but she calms me down. I had a root canal done here by Dr. Niavarani and he was very precise and painless. Wonderful staff, the office manager Chi is extremely kind.
