Came for ortho, and was left waiting for an hour. Sometimes they have me waiting in the lobby for an hour then when they actually do call me, they sit me down for another hour at the dentists' chair before anyone actuallu shows up. On one other occasion i came on time for my ortho appointment at 11am, i signed in, and of course i was waiting for an hour, then they actually asked me after an hour if i had an appointment and if they where seeing me today. The 1st day i actually came here after management changed, i had the very 1st appointment of the day and i only came for my regular 6 month check up/cleaning, they kept me for three hours that day. Another time i showed up 40 min late to my appointment, i said hey what the heck, i always have to wait an hour before they call my name anyways, on that day they did not forgive me, they sent me home ,they charged me with a broken appointment and since it was my 3rd broken appointment i had to pay 100$! This place cant forgive 40 min? When theyve wasted countless hours of my time. Currently as i am typing this, ive been waiting an hour and 25 min to see ortho. Not too long ago when Dr. Choi owned this building and was known as Your Choi's dental, the service was incredible and i had not 1 single complaint. But since management has changed this place has really gone to hell

I went to make a appointment for my little girl . expecting to be greeted by rude employee s but I was treated very nice and very nice office. Can't wait to go back for her day at this dentist

I do not go here anymore thank God some of the staff were so rude and mean.....if you have any little ones or older kids I totally recommend Fun Dental 4 Kids South Gate they are so nice and friendly!!

Horrible service, don’t recommend getting braces here. They don’t update you about your next payment and half the time loss you payment records and blame everything on you
