Called for an appointment because I have a tooth infection, my call was directed to voicemail, then someone call me from an unknown no ID number, and left me another number to call in my voicemail. I called the other number and their voicemail box was full. Imposible to reach them over the phone for an appointment. Tomorrow morning I am calling my insurance to file a complain. Hopefully I get get another dentist office.

Great dental assistants and the Dr was good, at first. Office staff made experience bad. Would ask for a breakdown of charges for a large procedure and never got one, they charged my insurance wrong and only until I used threats did they finally update info correctly. The final blow came after deciding to leave this office. My new dentist discovered cavities under my old fillings, I didn't feel them but they should have been detected with a good x-ray. Dr didn't catch cavities possibly outdated equipment or didn't care. Costs me a good penny with the new doctor. Also gave awful care to a relative with a crown. Found out how bad it was when we left him and started getting quotes for implant.
Do your homework even when the doctor seems nice like this one and stay on top of their office, good doctor doesn't always mean good office staff.

At first my four year old daughter was scared crying and trying to leave; but Dr. De Los Santos came in and introduced himself, talk to her calmly keeping her distracted and comfortable so he could clean her teeth!! He really is a great Dr and I'm going to bring my whole family here! You should too !!

Been going here for years.... they are the best. Always takes the best care of me and my family. They know how to keep you calm and relaxed. Making sure your ok. Love the staff. Always a smile on everyone face. Wouldn't trade them for anyone else.

Dr. De Santos , the most amazing Denrist , warm hearted, his profesionalism and his work is truthly admirable . What seemed impossible for me, was an easy task for him , he made me feel special I’m regaining my confidence! . The cordiality of his staff makes you feel welcome , comfortable , loved ! Searching the web for a Dentist , I found him and I thank the lord Jesus Christ with all my heart ..

Excellent service, Cristal made sure I was comfortable providing timely and accurate assistance at all times made the process easy, I did not feel a thing and it was a lot of work thanks Dr. and last but not least I really appreciate the exceptional treatment from the personnel at the desk and billing.
