Went here for the first time today.
They lock their doors because apparently the area is a little sketchy.
Been looking for a dentist that could be MY dentist, but this place was not it. Front desk was kind of dry and bland. They had me lie on a horribly formatted questionnaire. Front desk didn't even seem to know their questionnaire was asking particular questions. Questionnaire had a ton of typos. Didn't even get to see the dentist because apparently I had tuberculosis when I was 3 years old. Huge waste of time! Most places now provide and online questionnaire that's sent through email to avoid these kind of scenarios. Definitely looking somewhere else. Would recommend not coming here.

Can not believe how rude are the receptionists and plus take long even tho you have made an appointment. I arrived 15mins early from my appointment and an hour passed still not being attended so I asked the receptionist and her explanation was that they only had one X-ray machine but yet they had already taken in several ppl before me so basically takes a whole full hour or more to take X-rays for one person. And she told me that I was going to be next so I sat back down and 20mins passed and nothing yet so honestly I’ve had it didn’t even bother rescheduling and just left. Never again going back here and I do not recommend if you are those who don’t like for your appointment time to be respected and you have to be elsewhere. If you go make sure you have on mind that you’ll be there for more than the expected time. Hope this advise helps before attending to this dentist.

Save your time and money by avoiding this dentist. One of the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. My first visit consisted of x-ray, consultation, and cleaning. First of all, the dentist didn't ask me what my dental concerns were and only proceeded to look inside my mouth while the assistant wrote down his comments. Then another doctor came in to perform the cleaning and this is the WORST part. He actually did NOT do any cleaning. He performed the "cleaning " in under 10 minutes while standing up and missed all the cleaning steps and only polished them.

Zero stars in my opinion, they tried to rip me off, they gave me an original bill of about $900, they thought i was stupid, i called my insurance and they straightened them out. the bill turned out to be around $400, OOHHH WHAT A SURPRISE. this place is a dump, filthy, poor staff, its a scam. i have no idea how theyre still in business, took my teeth elsewhere. forget this place.

DR. ANREY IS THE BEST. I HAD A NUMBER OF FILLINGS AND A FEW CROWNS DONE HERE OVER 14 YEARS AGO AND THEY ARE STILL GREAT. RECENTLY I HAD ANOTHER CROWN AND TWO INLAYS DONE AND IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE ONCE AGAIN. VERY SMOTH VIRTUALLY PAINLESS SHOT AND AN HOUR LATER I WAS DONE. INLAYS LOOK GREAT AND FEEL GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. ANDREY TO ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY! SIMPLY THE BEST!
