Beautiful modern facility plus the addition of LA's BEST dentist Mark Sakakura this is the place to go for gentle, quality dental work. We have been with Sakakua over 25 years and entrusted him with our jaws and teeth. Great caring people who we continue to use even after moving 100 miles away. Thank you Mark for being there for us.

I have been coming here for over a year now and without a doubt consider CofA to be the best dental office I have ever been to by leagues. Dr. Chin and his team have my complete trust in delivering the highest quality treatments/expertise at unbelievable prices while also making the experience enjoyable. Shanica at the front desk is so sweet and has went above and beyond countless times to coordinate rushed services for me when I needed them, Lesly is great and super sweet too, and you can certainly tell Dr. Chin is a caring perfectionist who not only does outstanding work, but also takes the time to explain things in an understandable way. I had to try a few dental offices and cosmetic dentists in LA before I found this gem, and I can tell you without a doubt they are the best.

I normally am scared of dentists and the entire experience. I never fear coming to City of Angels Dentistry! Always courteous, quick, and painless. I would recommend this dentist to anyone! Also, when I worked at the City of Los Angeles, they took my insurance. Convenient downtown location

Just had my intial exam and cleaning with them and I can say....
What a great staff! What a great dentist. It's been five years since I've been to one and I'm so glad I chose this place to go. They're kind, courteous and friendly beyond belief! The dentist truly cares about you and takes the time to listen!!
I'm honestly excited to see them next time to show them how well I did on the exit instructions I was given to maintain my teeth!

Update: I am almost done with my Invisalign treatment and the results are amazing! Dr. Chin answers all my questions and the progress checkups are nice as always. Thrilled to have straight teeth!

I recently got a new job and needed to find a dentist in DTLA closer to work. I was referred to Dr. Chin -- and I am thankful for it!

I've gotten used to average teeth cleanings and exams, being plopped down into a chair, and being lectured to about not flossing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . There is nothing average about Dr. Chin and his office. The second I walked in I could tell this place is different. The office is brand new, has all the modern equipment/tech, and has a great view of DTLA. By far the nicest dentist office I've ever seen.

I'm used to a quick cleaning/exam and am lucky if I get to see the actual dentist for a few minutes. Not here. Before you even sit in a dental chair, Dr. Chin talks with you about your concerns and goals for your smile.

I've never in my life had such a thorough exam. He was very warm, funny, and was checking in to make sure I was comfortable (no shaming or lecturing!). He didn't try to upsell me on things or push treatments on me. Instead, his treatment plan matched perfectly with my concerns/goals that we had talked about before.

Super happy I found Dr. Chin. After making an appointment I received an online questionnaire to fill which made the first time visitor process easy. The office itself was clean, bright and modern. My visit included the standard x-rays and cleaning. However, the difference was the amount of time that Dr. Chin spent listening to my concerns, explaining the current state of my teeth and the care that he took with my cleaning. It was actually the best cleaning that I've had in recent years. He also made sure that I knew the out of pocket cost vs. insurance coverage for my next visit when I need to do some deep cleaning. I usually get that information from the person working at the front desk but he had it printed out and showed me. I appreciate that level of transparency. I highly recommend Dr. Chin and his team!

Definitely the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. As I get older, going to the dentist becomes more of a struggle for me personally; as comes with an aging body. I have had previous dentists that are a bit judgmental and it makes me avoid the experience through and through. So I do have to commend Dr. Kevin Chin for being so kind and understanding. I feel safe and welcomed. Overall, I do feel as though I’m getting the Cadillac of treatments here. Highly recommended!

Shanica is the sweetest and always greets us with the warmest welcome. Dr. Chin is also terrific, takes the time to listen, addresses concerns and provides honest and fair treatment options. My husband and I both come here and appreciate how efficient they are. The office is modern, clean and aesthetically beautiful. 5/5

Best dentist place that I’ve been to!
Kevin really takes to the time to explain everything that is going on in your mouth! I got to watch Netflix while they were cleaning my teeth. It didn’t feel like going to the dentist. I felt comfortable and they even gave me cute goodies at the end!

The office is super clean and organized! I would highly recommend going to city of angels dentistry !
