Downtown Dental, Dr Don Muncal and his staff are awesome. Everyone is like a family and also treats you as a member of their family. I went to UCLA with Don and have known him for over 20 years, his credentials are outstanding. What is even more amazing about the staff is that they are professional, courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is so calm that if you fear the dentist, this place is unlike a typical dental office. Everyone is fun and personable and so good at what they do that, I love going to the dentist!
Come here for your dental needs and you will not go anywhere else!

Everyone was so kind and considerate as soon as I opened the door. My dental hygienist Cara, was absolutely incredible!!! She knew all the right things to say to make me feel at ease, and my cleaning was quick and surprisingly painless. I've definitely found my dentist in LA!

Best dentist experience so far. They printed my crowns in their office and I was done within hours instead of weeks. The environment is very comforting and helped with my anxiety about going to the dentist. Great location and amazing Lounge area. All around great friendly people.

My Dental office is awesome! The gals in the office are so cheerful, Kris, Priyam, Natalie, Maribel and Brandi are always welcoming! Dr.Mungcal is great, he's professional, knowledgeable, he help me get rid of my Dental phobia. I love coming to visit my family at Downtown Dental. I highly recommend this office to everyone. Staff was very friendly and the location was clean. However, I was disappointed because I made my appointment and provided my insurance information 2 weeks before my appointment. Today I showed up and provided my insurance information again… they began doing work and X-rays then came in to let me know they operate out of network … they still charged me $160 bc they did X-rays … that I wouldn’t have agreed to if they had informed me that they aren’t working with my insurance.
They wasted my time and made me pay for something I shouldn’t have had to pay due to their lack of transparency.

I had my teeth x-ray, photographed, and cleaned with the awesome staff at Downtown Dental Los Angeles. The staff made me feel welcomed and at ease, it was a great feeling. Priyam did my cleaning and she did an amazing job, she was AWESOME! Doctor Mungcal was amazing he examined my teeth, gums and explained everything about the health of my teeth and made me feel welcomed and finally Brandi she was my first contact with the office and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed , what a staff! Thanks to all of you keep up the excellent work!

Best Dental staff ever
This is the 1st Dentist and staff that I have ever trusted in my life. They are friendly, honest, and caring. They tell you what you need done without up selling. They've watched and played with my baby while I've had work done. They're flexible and personable. Everyone feels like family! .... Oh and my teeth look great, mouth is healthy! ;)

Downtown Dental is the best! They provide fast, effective service. They also take the time to explain things in terms that are easily understandable. My hygienist Allison is great. I'm usually nervous going to the dentist, but she was very gentle. I will definitely be recommending Downtown Dental to all my friends.

The staff here on its own deserves the five stars. Everyone is so friendly and take there time to get to know you as a patient. There very easy to work with on what’s best for you in the long run with insurance and dental care. On top of them making you feel comfortable, you can tell that they actually care about you and your dental health. The parking is also super easy and they validate so you don’t have to pay. I’d highly recommend coming here!
