I always have a great time at Downtown Dental. Who says the Dentist is drag? Everyone is great and always up beat.
My teeth cleaning by Allison was great! Fast, clean, efficient, and fun....
The music is always great too, that helps! I strongly recommend for people who have had a bad experience in the past. A+ all the way

I went to Downtown Dental because I was experiencing tooth pain. I didn't know what to expect, but the staff made me feel comfortable about what needed to be done to resolve the problem. I DON'T like pain and they informed me that they'd do their best to make this process pain-free...and they DID.
I think I've found my permanent dentist and I recommend anyone who's searching for a dentist, to try Downtown Dental. What do you have to lose, besides teeth!

Let me start off by saying that the Downtown Dental team goes out of their way to make sure you're satisfied and comfortable. They are located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles on Grand Avenue and 3rd Street making it convenient for any fellow Angelenos who are searching for a close awesome dentist.

I walked in and was welcomed by the energetic receptionists giving off great vibes (in case you have fears about a dental office). I just had a painless deep cleaning by my Hygienist Priyam and my braces removed by Kristin the Dental Assistant. They were great and constantly asked me if I was okay and comfortable. They definitely care about your health and do not want you to be in danger of any oral diseases. Dr. Mungcal makes sure you understand what is being done step by step along the way making this general dental office educational and a breeze to understand what is being done. The office and rooms are extremely clean. Overall a ten stars in my book and to any of those who enjoy a clean location with amazing customer service. I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to stop by for a visit if they're looking for a high-quality service, educational, and pain-free dental office!!! Thanks again to all who helped me out today.

First time coming here and it was by far the best experience I have had!
The front office staff was so friendly and welcoming. There is hardly any wait time and they even have water bottles available. Everyone was so helpful both with my dental care and with making sure I was comfortable with the financial part of things. Shout out to Dr. Priyam for taking care of me very well and answering all of my questions. Also to Maribel, office manager, for making the process easy and simple. I really really recommend this place if you want a friendly, helpful, and efficient dentist.

I've been a patient for a few years now and have always had a good/positive experience. With a great doctor and staff on board that makes you so comfortable, I know I'm in the right hands. Root canal yesterday that was painless and I'm fine the next day. Thanks to all at downtown dental!

This place is ace. I moved to LA a few months ago and was looking for a new dentist. I did some internet research and this place looked great because they had pictures of their team on their website. Turns out... they are awesome! Each person on staff was kind, polite, and helpful when ever I had a question. Turns out I needed 4 crowns! They worked my appointments in before I had to travel and did a free follow up to adjust my bite. Also, they can print crowns right in the office so they make sure it fits, matches your teeth, and you don't have to wait for 2 weeks. They even sent a lovely handwritten thank you card to my house after my first visit.

The best experience I had a dental office. Friendly, professional, concerned with my comfort and my fears. The staff and Dr. Mungal were great! Even to to give me a courtesy call after my extraction showed care and pride in their work. I highly recommend them!

This is by far the best team ever at a dental office. They take their time to get to know you on a personal level. Thank you so much for always making my visits so enjoyable. They always make sure I'm comfortable by offering me blankets and even letting me choose what music I want in the background. I always feel they genuinely care about my well being. And most importantly they are so professional and honest. I highly recommend for all of your dental needs. I can't wait to see how my smile will look after a year with my Invisilgn. DOWNTOWN DENTAL IS THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES WHILE DR. DON MUNGCAL IS THE BEST DENTIST. I don't mind driving 23 miles one way to get to his office because I know I have the best dentist with the best staff taking care of me.

I just had on crown done to day. As usual, the staff in the front office greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome. Everyone in the office including the dental assistants are so friendly, nice and very professional. When the procedure is done, I left the office feeling good about myself.

Downtown Dental is definitely the dental office that makes you feel good when you come in for services. Dr Mungcal and his staff are professional and friendly. No one likes dental work but they certainly make you feel good about your treatments. I love working with Priyam. She's cares and is the best!
