I just had a filling, ate, and drank some soda... NO PROBLEM! Literally no pain whatsoever. Dr. Mungcal got me real numb and re-did my 10yr. old metal filling with a nice porcelain filling that matches my teeth color. Real gentle, nice, and comfortable service. To top it all off, he got it done in less than an hour leaving me the rest of the day to relax and finally eat with NO PAIN. Give him a visit if you're looking for experienced, fast, and painless service! I mean just look how happy I am in that photo!!!

I can describe my experience in one word, AMAZING! I literally had the dental works! I was so scared, to the point that I was in tears while taking X-rays (lame, I know). Allison, my amazing hygienist, helped me feel at ease. She talked to me, and made me feel more calm. Before we got started with my overdue cleaning.

Dr. Mungcal and his trusty team (Suzieand kris) quickly put me at ease with skilled hands! the entire procedure was an absolute breeze, completely painless! I didn't even feel the poke of the needle. I was so comfortably numb I drifted into la la land while jammen to my favorite band, Red Hot Chili Peppers!

I had an implant placed. I thought I was going to be in a bunch of pain, nope! Think again! It was easier than a filling ( im so serious!)! What an amazing office! Amazing experienced!

I found Downtown Dental by googling dentist in the area I live in. I am so glad I found them. They had so many good reviews I couldn't help, but to call and make an appointment. During my consultation they were able to tell me what all was wrong. I couldn't believe how much work I would need, but I knew I needed it. They helped me set up a CareCredit account to help pay for some of the work I needed. As a college student I greatly appreciate all that they have done for me and did everything they could to help me get the work I needed. I have been there 4 times and all times I loved it! The staff is amazing and the doctors are wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here!

I never thought I would say I love my dentist but I do. Downtown Dental has the best staff. Kind. Caring. Gentle. Relatively painless. Kris. Brandi. Deion. Maribel. The whole crew is nothing short of fantastic. You need to switch to Dr. Mungcal today!

Downtown Dental does great work. Me experience here has always been positive. The staff here cares greatly for their patients and really has every patients best interest at heart!

This place is a SCAM.
Do not go here. They will charge you 10 times more than any other dental office.
They use their fancy sophisticated diagnosis and charge you for things you don't need.
I paid $2400 for ONE deep cleaning and force me to sign up for their membership and products that I don't need. They don't even want to follow up with the subsequent cleaning that my membership entitled me to (even though I paid for it) And ask me to pay another $1700 for the follow up treatment. Check your sources and see other dentist first and then visit them. You can surely compare what your dentist says to Downtown Dental and confirm their fraudulent practice.

If your insurance is paying for everything in full, then customers won't complain because nothing is coming out of your pocket and they will only be scamming the insurance company. But if you have to pony up $2400 for one cleaning, and $1700 for follow up cleaning, then Downtown Dental is egregiously scamming you out of your ignorance or your stupidity.

They have a clean office and give you free water. But that's where all the good things end.
If you don't believe what I am saying, then go ahead and get your teeth diagnose and see what they say and how much they are going to charge for it. It's a simple answer: They will take you to the cleaners!

I came here fearing just walking through the door. I had a really bad extraction at my last dental office . Being on the chair was the last thing on my mind. Of pain when I had to get a deep cleaning done anything and everything they do is explain very well. She gets super excited with you. Even the other hygienist Priyam pass by to ask how I was doing. Lali was great while taking my X-rays making sure I was completely comfortable so was Alex . Dr. Mungcal is amazing very thorough when doing his exams. Answer all the questions I had and finally got me into braces. I swear I had a root canal done and felt absolutely nothing he has magic hands. I also got my crown done the same day with the cerec machine Kris and Suzy are amazing never had I have such amazing assistants. Deion there PR is so friendly and approachable gets you all hyped up about being here too. I can say I'm not afraid for my next visit for my implants are gunna be a piece of cake.

Best and most professional dentist I've ever been to. Personable, honest, and professional. They not only let me know what I need (which all dentists do to a certain point) - they helped me carry out the plan. It worked. I got it all done! No pain, no pressure. The best!

BEST DENTIST EVER. Everyone on the staff is extremely welcoming and they have great interpersonal skills. For once in my life, I actually don't hate being at the dentist office. I recommend Downtown Dental to everyone I know.
