I was looking for a new local dentist that is in DTLA since I am a local to the area.
The staff and doctor are amazing and are really good at easing patients like myself who tend to freak out a bit at the dentist.
Definitely glad I found them!!! :)

I arrived on time for my appointment. Receptionist let me in and told me someone will be with me in a moment. I waited 30+ mins in the dental chair very uncomfortable without anyone talking to me or giving heads up that there was a delay, I don't mind waiting or would have waited if they were professional about it.
And when I told the receptionist I was leaving as I have to go to work, she gave me a weird vibe and said they were going to be with me in a moment which is exactly the same thing she said 30+ mins prior. Very unprofessional because advance notice or telling me up front there is a delay would be the right thing to do so I can adjust accordingly.
