I always make my kids appointments at 3:00 pm due to them getting out at 2:30 pm from school.
I hate being late to appointment because just like my time is valuable so are theirs.
For that same reason, I always get there 10 minutes before my kids appointment 2:50 pm.
They don’t bring us in till 3:20 pm and on top of that we still have to wait 10 minute in the room for the dentist due to eater he’s not there yet or he is with another patient.
They double book and short staffed that they forget about customer service.
My thinking is that if you have an appointment scheduled you should be seen at that time.

I really like this place because the employees are polite and the best thing is they get children my age especially in video games. They really teach me what to do and not do with my braces. They know what they’re doing and I love it ❤️
