A great dentist experience. I was able to make a quick appointment and my time in the dentist office was very pleasurable. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. My dentist was amazing. He explained everything to me in a great manner. I came out of there very well educated about my procedure. The office is small and so all the attention is placed on taking care of the client and on making the experience great. You get to watch your favorite Netflix shows while they take care of you! I highly recommend paying this dental office a visit. It may become that place you keep going back to for life!

Had an amazing experience here (I know thats hard to say about going to the dentist). The place is very clean and the staff is all very warm and welcoming. Dr. Cheng and Dr. Garcia do an excellent job, their detailed work definitely make you feel at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top of the line dentistry with convenient hours, great dentists and staff.

Dr. Cheng, Hygienist Christine, and the rest of the staff were excellent. I'm a total baby when it comes to visiting the dentist and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Their COVID-19 precautions are excellent. Happy to have found this fantastic dental office!

A great dentist for general tooth care as well as orthodontist work. The dental hygenists are well trained and great at making you feel comfortable. Appointments are required as they are very busy. However, when it comes to something like a dentist, I think better to wait for a good one. They have two locations and offer appointments on Saturday. This is the west LA location.

There’s a reason I tell everyone Chris Strandburg is the best dentist in LA. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable and he makes a trip to the dentist as fun and easy as it could possibly be. Don’t be fooled with how pretty he is, the guy knows his teeth and I wont trust anyone else to work on my precious mouth but Chris. Give him a shot, you won’t regret it.

I took my 2.5 year old son to see Dr. Andrew (the office's pediatric dentist) and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Andrew gave an informational session I attended at UCLA and I was impressed by his knowledge, experience, and his communication to parents. Thus, I immediately made an appointment for my son with him. So many health care providers do not explain recommendations, methods, etc properly - not the case with Dr. Andrew. His office had a TV on the ceiling which immediately caught my son's attention. He had a small dragon with a mouth full of teeth and a play toothbrush for my son to use. And my son got a toy car on the way out. I could not ask for more and I give Dr. Andrew my highest recommendation.

Parking was a breeze! I had Dr. Garcia as my dentist during my visit. Dr. Garcia was very receptive to all of the questions I had and made sure that all my needs were met. As I was getting my teeth cleaned, I was lying on this amazing dental chair that felt like a cloud, and was watching Skyfall on the flatscreen in the room. I wish I had such an amazing set up at my home! The assistant helping Dr. Garcia was great, and all the tools that were being used on me were modern and clean. I will be back here for my next dental procedure, and I am actually looking forward to it!

I've been to Vision Dental five times now, and every time I've been treated with professionalism and amazing individualized care. Visiting the dentist is usually a very dreaded experience for most, myself included. I don't particularly fancy having someone poke around in my mouth with sharp objects. But Dr. Cheng is very patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Before getting started he explains every little detail of the work he's going to do that day and what needs to be done in the future. Dr. Cheng is very gentle and frequently inquires about my comfort level and/or whether I need a break. He really spends a lot of time to make sure everything is perfect!
My initial visit included a consultation from Dr. Cheng where he assessed not only the status of my teeth, but the reasons underlying my issues and long dental hiatus. I was blown away by his compassion as a professional health care provider. Basically, he took my multitude of issues in stride, and walked me through the options. I had a couple pretty expensive dental projects (health & cosmetic) that needed attention, and Dr. Cheng talked to me about how to accommodate both on an affordable budget. He did not immediately prescribe a laundry list of corrective procedures; rather, he laid the foundation for a long term doctor/patient relationship where I feel valued as a person and not as a source of cash. In conclusion, awesome "chair-side" manner =)
The Vision Dental doctors and staff are an absolute delight! This is the most professional, compassionate, and competent practice I have ever visited. I work in the hospitality industry and have high expectations for service and care. Everyone has a positive attitude and genuinely cares about your comfort; I was seriously blown-away by the exemplary service I received. I highly recommend Dr. Cheng and his team to anyone!

Before coming to Vision Dental, I had always been terrified of the dentist because of my sensitive gums. I made it clear to Dr. Cheng that I had previously experienced a lot of pain during my teeth cleanings and he made sure my cleaning was 100% pain free (which it was)! I also had a small cavity filled, which took no time at all and was again completely painless. Dr. Cheng is very knowledgable and informative. He was very attentive and answered all my questions about my teeth, the procedure and oral hygiene in general. Vision Dental is extremely clean and equipped with the most modern technologies! This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I highly recommend coming to Vision Dental for you dental needs!
