Dr. Reams is amazing. I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist (hence why I needed to go) but he totally put me at ease. In, March 2020, I had to have a tooth pulled and quickly. He was funny, gentle and I didn't feel a thing except the first shot. The staff is very nice. I definitely recommend him.

Dr Reams is probably THE most knowledgeable dentist I have ever gone to. Everything he says is the truth, HE KNOWS TEETH. I have had the opportunity to go to MANY DENTISTS with my excellent insurance, and I will ALWAYS go to Dr Reams. His manner is warm and welcoming, one can tell he honestly loves people. An intelligent person can tell he knows what he is doing. He makes my smile beautiful and that is important to me.Thank you Dr Reams, yet again :)

Warm place and the Dr is awesome. He has completely changed my smile and thus my self image has changed. I have had lots of work done there. He is gentle and his bed side manner is untouchable. I would recommend him to any and everyone I know!

Douglas Reams and his staff is the only dentist I could go to . I am truly a coward when it came to dentist appointments and Dr.Reams some how bypassed that fear with with compassion of his work ,jokes and lots of patience for how busy he is. Truly a kind man highly recommend for anyone that's been neglecting their mouths due to fear of dentistry. 5 star dentist

After having a problem with another Dentist, I went to Dr. Reams on the recommendation of several close friends. I have now been his patient for several years. I have found him to be extremely competent and professional. He has always been sensitive to any pain that I may have experienced and ready to help at a moments notice. I regard myself as fortunate to call Douglas Reams my Doctor and my friend.
If I were to read a negative review of Dr. Reams. The first thing that I would have to do is question the motives of the writer.

The worse experience I have ever had at a Dentists office. He began by loudly complaining about my insurance before he even introduced himself. Then he gave me some bulls#$t story about how the cavity that he saw on my x-ray may or may not be the cause of that tooths pain. And when I said well how about we fill it since it is the tooth I came in having pain in; he went on to say well I dont have time but you can wait around and see if I have time later. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE A DENTIST!

UPDATE: The filling "Dr" Reams put in for me just 3 months ago has fallen out. So in addition to being a rude to women, this guy also doesn't even know what he is doing.

If you want a dentist who is unprofessional, rude, and sexist against women. I had an OK experience with him at first, but reluctant to have any major work done. After the way I saw him treat my wife, we will not be back.

Dr Reams and his staff are very professional and always willing to help. Dr Ream's work is amazing I will continue to go there for years to come. The wait time is not bad best I've seen. I highly recommend it.

His staff amanda called asking for payment from april. I was trying to explain that if there was a lapse in my ups union dental benefits that they could bill medical. She proceded to tell me im a spoiled brat that wants to get everything for free. Dr. Reams was well aware of my insurance situation and I would have been willing to pay whatever cost was mine but they wont get a dollar from me. Such an incompetent staff that they couldnt bill my insurance for 3-4 months. Really disgusting attitude she even said the dr is standing right here and doesnt want to talk to you. But yet you want the bill paid right.
