I've been going to Pearl Dentistry for a about a year now. Their dentist and staff are great to work with. As a customer the receives Medi-Cal, I am more confident spending my money here than I am going to a provider that accepts that insurance. They are not only friendly, but they are quick and efficient. I am never sitting in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. Scheduling is flexible. I have never been turned away for specific dental procedures, as I have been with other offices. They also accept accept Care Credit, so their payment plans are flexible.

Another great experience at Pearl Family Dentistry, had my teeth cleaned by So Chan (hygienist) who is a true professional. If you want your teeth cleaned by someone who cares about teeth give Pearl Family Dentistry a call and ask for So Chan and you’ll have a great experience. Dr. Badwaltz is an awesome dentist and will take care of all your dentistry needs.

I've been a patient with Dr. Badwalz for the last 5 years and have always been happy with the excellent level of service I always receive! The staff is thoughtful and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen.
I absolutely adore Sochhan, one of the dental hygienists in the office. He is the best at his work and incredibly gentle. I literally almost fell asleep during my cleaning today!

I don’t know how to fully convey how wonderful Dr. Badwalz, his wife and staff are. He is an incredibly patient, gentle and caring dentist. He takes the time with every one of his patients to explain exactly what needs to be done, how he will handle it and why it needs to be done. I know this because not only does he take his time explaining everything to me, never ever feeling like he’s rushing to get to the next patient, but I overhear him with his other patients and he is so explanatory and kind about it. He is also very sensitive to patients who struggle with having anxiety about having dental work done (I might be his most challenging patient) and gives options and all the reassurance one could possibly need. His wife and the rest of the staff are very kind, professional and accomodating. I can’t recommend this office enough, especially if you’ve had less than wonderful experiences at the dentist in the past and fear going back. Oh! Also, there’s such minimal wait time every single visit and I think that is extremely important to mention. My appointment time is just that and I’m always seen promptly, which is a big deal when I’m very likely to let my nerves get the best of me, run out of the waiting room and never come back!

I've been coming here for about 3 years now and I can truly say that I've never had a bad experience. I started with a deep cleaning and have gone regularly ever since. From the friendly personnel up front to the dental techs. They are considerate of your comfort during your whole visit and treat you like family. They're also very involved with our local community and participate in events throughout town like the Art Hop!
