Paragon Dental - Best Family Dentist | Emergency Dental Care

Great customer experience except for the fact that they up sell you on everything!!!! Be careful! They come up with dental care plans that have you do things that are not needed this happened to me and my wife as well. For me they wanted to do 2 root canals and caps that I didn’t need. I’m saying this because I went to another dentist for the first time in a long time and services were way less expensive and they tried to avoid the more expensive procedures instead of leaping to them before needed. Same goes for my wife she has fillings they said were all in need of being replaced and this is not true. The dentist took a look at all of them and said no they are fine she just needs to floss more.

I just moved to the area a year ago and was in desperate need to find a family dentist ..... I was sure my molars needed to be pulled and it was a wrap but Dr. Patel not only cleaned my teeth to a brilliant shine he assured me that no teeth will be lost in the process of fixing my smile plus melissa, laura and hector (front office) put me on a super affordable schedule to knock the procedures out one at a time .... I felt super comfortable the moment I walked in they explain everything and work with you!!!!!!!!!!! They are also so great with kids .... that part is priceless.

I have been going to Paragon Dental for a few years, now. I am one of those people who had the unfortunate experiences of the '60s dentists, when I suspect that part of their training included a block on how to torture and humiliate their patients. So, needless to say, I have always been an extremely fearful and nervous patient, but I can't really take medication prior to dental procedure to calm nerves as I drive myself. With Dr. Patel and his staff, I don't need to, anyway. They are all understanding and easy to work with. Dr. Patel, himself, is a gem and I will never go to another dentist, if I can help it! The staff is generous with their time, and I always have my questions answered fully. If you are looking for a dentist in the Modesto area, you will not do better than this man. I know of a few patients who actually come from out of town, quite a ways from what they told me, to see him.

Ok, I have the biggest fears of dentists! About a week ago I came down with some pain in one tooth and then a few days later it traveled to the other tooth on the other side. I have had traumatic experiences since my very first dentist appointment. So it took every ounce of courage to call the dentist this time. I looked for a good week for a dentist near me that had to have stellar reviews. I came across Paragon dental and I decided to call and Erica picked up. What a gem... from the moment she started speaking my heart began to beat at a normal pace and she was able to get me an appointment that afternoon. She reassured me that everything would be ok. As I arrived she came out to greet me and they were super efficient, thorough and sooo sweet.
Bottom line is I need A LOT OF WORK. But I have never been able to find a dentist that was kind, gentle and genuinely concerned for my overall health and well being. Hector is outstanding. You can tell his passion and sincere care for the patients. We went through all my work that I needed done and costs. He laid out the plan according to my need and was willing to work with my finances. Especially because I have no insurance. Not once did I feel pressured.
Fast foward to my root canal a few days later. They brought me in to the room immediately, and was greeted by the doctor who gave me a series of shots. I called him a magician because I did not feel an ounce of discomfort. Then the rest was a breeze. I really appreciated his concern for my discomfort. He asked me a few times if I was ok and in any pain. I didn't feel a thing!!! He even said my teeth were pretty straight... its the little things. Especially for a girl coming from past experiences where the dentists never really cared. The whole thing was a breeze and painless. And FAST!!! I can't thank them enough for lifting such a huge load that has been weighing on me for years. This office and all who work there are a complete joy.

My experience at Paragon Dental has been the greatest in my past experiences I feel very welcomed and everyone has great attitudes Every single time I come in. I’d recommend paragon dental to anyone that wants dentist who actually care about your teeth and make you feel as a part of a family.

I don't often give a review for goods or services but I had major work done at paragon and I couldn't be happier or look better than I do now. If you ever thought of doing something for yourself because you deserve it. This is it! Worth every penny. No one that every took my money was ever so nice and friendly than the folks at Paragon, it was a pleasure seeing them every month. The bill is now payed and I'm thinking of yanking out some teeth just to have a reason to see them all again (just kidding Dr. Petal). My name is Jimmy Monroe if you ever meet me just ask about Paragon and I'll tell you face to face what great work and wonderful people you will find there.

I have been going here since I was a kid and love it! The staff is super friendly and treats you like family. I drive almost an hour just to keep going here. I would definitely recommend!

I've been to different dental office's in this area. But never one like this, from the time I walked into the office till when the Doctor stepped into the room. I was blown away with the customer service and professionalism of this office. Everyone knew what they were doing, from dealing with my Insurance to explaining my treatment. A cleaning was done for me and I had NO PAIN what a relief.( I don't like dentist) But Dr.Patel and staff were awesome! I look forward to coming back.

My family and I love Paragon Dental!! Everyone there is so friendly and they take care of everything you need and they make sure you understand everything they are doing so there are no surprises. I know that my family and I will never go anywhere else for dental care!!
