They should change their name from Pacific Dental Group to We're-Your-Sisters-Here-To-Take-Care-of-You Group. The ladies at PDG are so kind and personable. Dr. Garcia is terrific and my teeth never once felt abused during a cleaning and small cavity fill. It's as if your close cousins ran a dental office and you could just drop in for a cleaning and a chat.

Dr. Roxanna and the staff at Pacific Dental Group are the best. I found the office from my insurance company and so far everything has been great. they are open late on Mondays and and Tuesdays which is really great for some one that works.

They re take xray that were not necessary, it took 4 different crowns to get mine right. My dentist was great but he left this location. Was replaced by other dentist with bad manners. I'm bilingual and at time used to speak Spanish with the dental assistants. The last dentist she didn't even looked at me told the assistant to get me ready for a procedure for which I didn't came for nor was I asked or consulted about. Sorry but this is not longer the great place it used to be 2, 3 years ago.

Im very nervous when it comes to offices but this one made me feel comfortable. Always asking if I was ok and staff was very nice and welcoming. Loved the dentist I got saturday!

Consumer beware.. insurance fraud..despite having my copay schedule not only did they add items I did not need they overcharged on everything else. They were charging me $1200 when I went to a new office $130. Verify with insurance. Terrible office manager handling their billing.
