All of the staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job! I especially liked Mrs. Rodrigues; I never have had a female dentist before but she makes me wish I had a female dentist this whole time. Very charismatic and honest. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist that takes care of their patients simply for their well being. 10/10 going back very soon.

Dental assistants from a temp agency did my cleaning so they don't have permanent staff there. During one of my procedures the temp assistant came into the room and interrupted my procedure and made me feel uncomfortable, therefore I asked to stop and questioned why this person was in the room with us blocking the light and shaking his head. Dr.Toral Pandya became argumentative and stated that he's not shaking his head and she is not using that light. The office is inhabited by saddity staff and the office chatter is completely unrelated to dental procedures. The final result of the crown replacement is goofy. Of the 3 crowns I had done at this office, 1 was an extra long crown and doesnt fit in my mouth correctly and the other is transparent revealing a black tooth within. The choice of crown material or color was never discussed or offered. The dentist Dr. Toral Pandya runs a gyspsy office and she abandoned my dental service and denied me further service. This office is unprofessional and doesn't pay attention to the work at hand.

The Dentist was quite pleasant and cared about me as a person. I do need to let the office know that whoever answered my call after I arrived home with a question. The individual was quite rude.
