Dr Punlya was amazing! Our first time seeing her and she was so patient and kind with our son. He’s an adult with special needs, does not let most Dr’s near him. Her staff was outstanding as well, with special acknowledgment to Sabrina, who was able to identify right away that our son needed time to acclimate to his surroundings. Great job! The staff here are friendly. As a retired dental auxiliary myself, my relationship with this organization has been lacking on the part of the staff to listen and understand my needs. For example, scheduling is everything. I’ve been scheduled appointments twice, being a patient only a month for procedures that couldn’t be performed needing to reschedule. This is not only a waste of my time, but fills unused space for patients who could have received treatment and did not. Staff doesn’t listen to my concerns, only have their treatment plan in mind. I’m more Than likely find other options

I’m glad I found this dental office!! Came in today for a cleanup and was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. The wait time was minimal which is terrific! Stephanie made the cleanup go great and I was instructed by Dr.Pandya how to keep my teeth healthy. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a fun and professional dentist!

EXCELLENT dentist office with gentle, compassionate staff. Have gotten fillings, extractions, and cleanings here, and each time has been a pleasure. They understand patients deal with anxiety/panic attacks, and handle these situations with empathy and grace. Prior to discovering this office, I had been too scared to go to the dentist for five years. Their care has truly repaired my relationship with my smile + teeth. Their procedures are performed with such skill that pain is minimized/nonexistent. The staff here go above and beyond for their patients, and I trust them with my entire family. This office is certainly religious (occasional Christian music), but as a non-religious person I feel MORE than welcome here. This office truly cares about the wellbeing of their patients, and we are lucky to have them in Sacramento. You will not find dentists/staff/reception this wonderful anywhere else, I promise.
