I’m disabled and I have difficulty writing a lot, no problem all the paperwork could be filled out on a tablet. They do their best to schedule our family’s appointments on the same day, that way we aren’t making a million trips to the dentist. Friendly staff

The service wasn't very good. I went in for a cleaning. There was clearly stains on my teeth & they didn't have the time to scrape them all off. What was the point of making an appointment then?

Everyone in the entire office has been so kind! I was really nervous and embarrassed because of the way things have gone with other experiences. This place felt inviting! Very positive, great vibes, everyone had a great smile, and I was treated really good. Dr.Rodrigues made me feel extremely comfortable! And never once did I feel judged in any way. She gave me hope, more than anything. I appreciate each and every staff member! You guys are a great team. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome. Best Dentist I've ever had!

Over the years I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Rodrigues. She is very caring & thorough. This visit was no different.
For the first time ever, I did find the hygienist very heavy handed & condescending. It should be assumed that the people you are dealing with are intelligent & understand what you are saying. In customer service, if you listen you will know if you are dealing with an educated, articulate person, but even if you aren't, treat people with respect.

I've been afraid of dentists and have not trusted them from a traumatic root canal experience 10 years ago. I found Dr. Rodrigues when I had a tooth ache a few years ago and needed anti biotic. Still weary of dentists I did not get the recommended work done at that time however I have since been back and she is working with me to get my dental health back in order. Staff are very kind and dont make you feel uncomfortable and are very good at making sure you understand different things related to oral care. Would recommend for anyone like me who had a past bad dental experience.

I had a horrible experience I feel as though they take advantage of there patients have no care or compassion as to the pain your In , refer you to people who are booked a year in advance they do not communicate I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and I feel sorry for there patients lucky I can't give zero stars because that's what you deserve

Dr Rodrigues and Dr Cumby have been my dentists for 10+ years. They honestly feel like family to me and are such great PEOPLE to be around, not even to mention their top of the line dental services and commitment to excellence. They can never be replaced, greatest office in existence. An incredible staff as well from front to back. I love this place!
