I got to the dental office quite a bit early and as usual was brought to the back for my examination almost immediately.No waiting once I was seated they began right away. Treatment was quick painless and comfortable, not words usually heard in a dentists office.
The staff and Dr Gropp are always friendly conscientious and expedient.
Despite having two of the staff away that day I was on my way home in no time at all and would highly recommend anyone who has had a bad experience frightening time or is just looking for a better deal to consider switching to Dr Gropp

Dr. Gropp is by far the most skilled and knowledgeable dentist I have had over my 54 years of receiving dental care. Dr. Gropp literally helped me restore the health of my teeth and gums by providing quality work and educating me on the proper way to obtain and keep healthy teeth leading to a nice smile. Add the fact that Dr. Gropp's Office Manager (Kathy) runs the office in a professional and customer friendly manner makes going to the dentist more of a pleasant experience rather than something to dread. So, if you are looking for a new dentist, I definitely recommend Dr. Gropp's services!

Update 11/29:
The specialist did more X-rays so more money, and I need a root canal. Why didn’t Dr. Gropp see that? After specialist does the root canal I have to go back to Dr. Gropp for the crown?? I’ve had 2 other root canals, since when can’t this be done all in one office by one Dr?? I’m feeling angry and ripped off! Total scam.
I chose Dr. Gropp because of the good reviews and proximity to my office. I was in so much pain, I couldn’t hold back the tears. After all the X-rays and the cold check, ouch 😭, he suspected TMJ and prescribed Ibuprofen which I’d already been taking and obviously didn’t help and referred me to a dental specialist. He could’ve at least given me Flexeral to get me through until my appt with the specialists that is 6 days away. I’m sitting here in pain and angry. I will not be going back. The only good thing about the visit was his very nice office staff.
Update: No root canal. Extracted. I

Been going to Dr. Gropp's office for about 8 years now and could not be happier. I have received a number of crowns and have been doing regular check ups. The team at this dental office is great! They are extremely friendly and organized. I don't have the best teeth, but I never had any issues after doing any dental work at Dr. Gropp's office.
