Laurel Smiles Dentistry put a Koolaid smile on my face after 3yrs of me not being able to smile at all. Dr. Sibatu is the most sincere caring Dentist I have ever experienced in over 40 years of bad experiences with Dental experiences since childhood. I experienced the worst trauma 3 yes ago of my life where I lost my front teeth and now require Dentures, but Dr. Sibatu has made a dream come true to replace them. All of the staff are A+ Professionals, courteous and have provided a pleasurable experience for me, Special Thank you to Front Office Staff Michelle, Ashley, Sonya, you are women of great character providing excellent customer service to patients. I can go on and on about how wonderful Dr. Sibatu & staff are, however, I will wait until all my Dental work is completed, and give a final comment .. but anyone who needs to see a Dentist now, don't delay, call Laurel Smiles of Oakland, California for the best Dental Experience.

My husband and I fell very lucky to have moved walking distance to Laurel Dentistry. We've been getting our dental cleaning services twice a year for the past couple of years. The staff is knowledgable, kind, and willing to help. When I first moved to the Laurel District, I was suffering from TMJ pain; past dentist was not able to help, Kaiser..not really; however, Dr. Sibhatu explained throughly what caused the pain and how he could help. Extremely grateful for his guidance given that i had been in pain for over 8 months. Other services; 100% happy :-)

All the staff members are amazing especially the hygienist.It is a pleasure to spend time with her and make the cleanings. everyone very friendly, professional and informative. i have lots of implants and a pretty 'complicated' mouth and felt confident that Dr. Sibhatu was up to the task. just moved from SF and intend to have him as my permanent new dentist.

Very Professional setting from the receptionist to the Dental aides to the Head Dentist.From making sure that you undersatand each step about the procedure and also the financial part is also broken down so that you understand the Insurance percentage,and what you will pay out of pocket. I used to go to another dentist office where you had to wait for an hour+ after your appointment time to get a cleaning which itself would take more than an hour with a ton of waiting. Not with Laurel Smile Dentistry! Appointments have always been on time and I am in and out in less than an hour. I chose Laurel Smile Dentistry because it is close to home. I was happy to find it a bright, clean environment with friendly, efficient professionals from front office to treatment room. Everyone did their utmost to make me comfortable.
My check-up, x-rays, and cleaning with Dr. Solomon and her assistant Sonia were all painless. Dr. Solomon quickly identified a problem which has been bothering me for years. They used a camera to photograph my teeth, so I could see them, as the doctor explained. Other equipment seemed modern and up-to-date in comparison to some past dentists I used.
When I returned to have more work done, I was greeted by name without having to stand in line or sign in.
I can definitely recommend this dental practice to others.
