Dr. Hana Solomon is attentive and wonderful. She always makes you comfortable. The staff here are great and professional. They are also kind. I would recommend this dental office for all, but especially for people nervous of dental work.

Although I was happy with the results and eager to have my braces taken off after what seemed to be an eternity, Dr. Sebhatu assessed my situation carefully and convinced me to be patient for a couple of months more. And I am glad he did because the final outcome is even better, as he predicted it would be. Dr. Sebhatu’s professionalism and gentle mannerism certainly gave me the confidence that he cares deeply about his customers. From day one, I knew I was in good hands. I am awful about going to the dentist. I had been having pain for weeks and they were unbelievably accommodating getting me in for an emergency appointment and helping me out tremendously. Within a half hour of walking in the door I had a temporary solution to my problem and a referral to a periodontist for a permanent fix. Great staff, clean office, very knowledgeable and helpful dentist. Could not have asked for more.

Laurel Smile staff were very professional and very understand of my emergency situation. Furthermore, they clearly provide a full insight of the options they had to offer. Dr Sibhatu in particular took personal care of me and is a great guy.

I have been attending this dentristy since I was a freshman in high school. Was certainly skeptical when my original Doctor left and went to Roseville. However, they have taken well care of me and make sure things are taken care of. The staff treats you like a family and are interested in knowing you.

I love Lisa who is my hygienist.. So if you are looking for someone who’s gental and works with you, Lisa is the one. I have never had a horror story at this place.

Excellent Dentist & friendly staff. Dr Sibhatu is very knowledgeable, honest, calm & friendly. For years I'd been grinding my teeth at night and I was always at my old dentist get the bit adjusted. Dr Sibhatu helped in getting a night guard and I swear by it. I wake up rested. No more pressure pain.
The staff is friendly and courteous. My husband and I count ourselves lucky to have found Dr Sibhatu as you can rely on getting the best dental care.

Dr Sibhatu and his team are awsome. I recently required major dental work and was a little worried. Dr. Sibhatu was very up front about the treatment plan, referred me to a specialist for part of the work and then completed the work on schedule. For routine cleanings, Esther is great. She does thorough work and never leaves me in any pain. I highly recommend this group for their excellent care.

Dr. Sibhatu's team worked me into his schedule for a same day appointment for a broken tooth. He patiently explained all available options. When I opted for an implant, he made a referral to an oral surgeon. Unfortunately, my first experience with this surgeon's office did not go well. When I showed up for my appt, I was told there was an emergency situation so the surgeon would not be able to see me. They asked me to come back later in the day. I asked why they didn't call, and they said they didn't have my number. They said they couldn't locate any referral for me. I drove straight to Laurel Smile Dentistry and asked for another referral. When I explained what happened, they were shocked because they spoke to them earlier that day about my case. Dr. Sibhatu personally reached out to the surgeon who was mortified. He would see me right away. I drove back to surgeon's office. He waived the consultation feeoffered me 15% off the procedure and scheduled me for the next day before office hours so I wouldn't have to miss any more work. The surgeon and his staff were extremely professional throughout, and the root extraction and post implant went off without a hitch, and I've been pain free to the extent where the only pain medication I took was the single Norco the surgeon provided after the surgery. I then drove straight to Laurel Smile, and Dr. Sibhatu fitted me with the temporary tooth as we wait for the permanent one.

It turned out that the oral surgeon's receptionist I spoke to wrote my appt down as Henry Chun. Laurel Smile shared patient information for Edmund Chun, but I was listed on their calendar as Henry Chun. So it really was an innocent mistake, but due to the lengths that Dr. Sibhatu and his team went to for me, I was able to see an excellent oral surgeon post haste and with a discount to top it all off. Thank you, Dr. Sibhatu and the entire team at Laurel Smile Dentistry. You are an exemplar of stellar customer service.

Dr. Sibhatu is both skillful and kind. He brings considerable experience to everything he does but with a uniquely personal touch. If you are his patient you already know this. If you aren’t yet part of his practice you will be so glad you chose him to care for your oral health!

I happened upon Laurel Smile Dentistry while they were tabling at the Laurel Streetfair years ago and I’m so glad I did. They’ve handled my oral care for the past 7 years and I have no plans of going elsewhere. I’ve referred several friends here based on the quality service and friendly staff.
