I have been to Laurel Smile Dentistry twice in the past few years for denture repair. I found Dr. Mussie to be exceptionally kind and caring. He did not rush you through your appointment, but took the time you always dream of having in an appointment!!!! AND Dr. Mussie did extra work on my dentures to make them stronger and more durable, all with nice enthusiasm. The whole establishment is a great place to go for your dental needs. You won't be disappointed....and going to the dentist just might make your day.

Dr. Mussie is a dental genius . .I used to hate going to dentists but it's actually a pleasure going to Dr. Mussie's. His attention to detail and precision in more severe dental matters that makes me want to recommend others . He's so polity , nice and wise business person and I never see like this wiseness in Ma life . He has a very clean facility and his staff members are efficient and caring. Dr. Sibatu continually provides expert service and advise regarding dental issues, such as bruxism. His front and back office staff are friendly and helpful. Dr.Sibatu is a great communicator and explains everything that he plans to do, and the reason behind the dental workplan.

Best service I have had in a very long time!
I usually dread going to the dentist, but the customer service was great and the staff was so awesome, I am looking forward to mine and my childrens upcoming visits.
Everyone greeted me with a hello & a smile. The dental hygenist talked me throuigh my visit step by step, letting me know what she was doing.
And before I left, I got my referral, which is rare, and also an itemized procedure shhet of what I need done.
It was a huge help and time saver that I was able to fill out all necessary forms online, and before my appointment.

Even at my age (75), I still have a great fear of having dental work done especially when it comes to needles and drilling. Dr Sibhatu put me at great ease and was very attentive to my needs. I was also impressed with the complete make over of the dental complex of offices and the new and modern equipment! One example is when he was describing the condition of one of my teeth and then put this toothbrush sized instrument (a camera) into my mouth and there on the big screen in front of my chair was a picture of my tooth. I could see in real time everything he was talking about. You know what they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words." The office staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. I feel happy and no longer dread dental visits thanks to Dr Sibhatu and his wonderful staff.

They remembered me, which really stands out, it totally personalized my experience. I arrived a few minutes early and was taken to back, no waiting at all. Dr. Sibhatu was very gentle during the entire process. He made sure that my pain level was very minimal. He was thorough and explained each step of the process, he even showed me the decay 😳. The following procedures were set up and explained, finances were discussed and next appointments will be made soon 😊.
